I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.

UPS employees are infamous for stealing but I never thought it would happen to me at this location. I walked away without sealing a box that I was returning and had one of the three items stolen out of the box by an employee. Never drop off returns that aren’t sealed! The receiver send proof that there were only 2 out of 3 bottles in the box when received.

Horrible service. They take your money for a next day package via UPS but then send it USPS. I would stay clear of this location.

NORMALLY WE SHIP OUR PACKAGES AT OUR BUISNESS
BUT THERE ARE TIMES WHEN A SHIPMENT IS REQUESTED AFTER THE NORMAL PICK UP WAS MADE. ON MY WAY HOME I'LL STOP AT THIS
LOCATION. THEY WILL SCAN THE LABEL AND THE RECEIPT PRINTS IN A SECOND SO I'M THERE FOR MAYBE 15 SECONDS. AWESOME!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH SHIPPING EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS!!
I had a monitor to ship and payed for the shipping material and for them to package securely and I was assured that it would be kept safe. Then I’m informed by the receiver that the product had shattered and had little material to protect it. Now neither UPS or the store will take responsibility for it and now I’m left with a broken monitor and out what I was going to be paid for it. When I left the store I heard the worker make a rude comment toward me about complaining. If you value your packages getting there securely DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!
