I been coming to this place for 10 plus years and will never come back! Staff isn’t the same without the professionalism of Lee! He made sure to greet and always help me and was very knowledgeable and kind! He kept the staff off their phones. Now it’s poorly ran, dirty and the staff dresses like regular customers. They will lose lots of loyal people! Lee Shelby was extremely talented and vision works will take a huge loss

This was my first time visiting Vision Works. It was an overall great experience from the moment I walked in and was immediately greeted and went back to be serviced within 1-2 minutes of arriving. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The staff was very helpful and pleasant with my eye glass options and explaining my coverage and options. I Highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be returning for my follow up care/exams.

Employees are professional, friendly and have an excellent sense of humor. Very good customer service, they answered my questions and the doctor who did my exam explained things about my vision that I didn't know, widely recommended.
They had my glasses ready in three days, incredibly fast.

The team at Vision Works Hillside was fantastic. They still saw me even though I was 22 minutes late, which I really appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great recommendations. I always recommend this location to family and friends because of their excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

I had a great experience with Nathaniel C, who took a lot of time and care to adjust my glasses -- on a few different occasions! His meticulous detail, patience, and motivation to make sure I was happy with my glasses was wonderful!
