Great service in all departments. Crew is very knowledgeable. Time management with helping customers at the pharmacy are great. I love how the store keeps you posted with any new news that's happening there.

I will never ever go back to this Walgreens. Customer service is horrid. I went to photo to pick up my online order that has been there since the 11th of December. And worker was so rude I told her my order was in and she kept questioning me when I told her I received an email. I showed the email and since her leases were so long she could not read the email. Ughhhhhh then only checked two bins when there were tons of envelopes all over. So she goes to get the manager. Who then says the order says it was picked up. Then she goes to ask is it under another phone number. At this point I am pretty annoyed. My whole point is before you go through all these questions check all the envelopes first. Because the manager looks at the bottom shelf and bam there is my envelope and the clerk starts to charge me for my phots. And I state those are already paid for. Ughhhhhh never again will I go back to this Walgreens.

I had a prescription request sent to this location; my usual location was out of the meds. I called to ensure it was in stock and being filled. The gentleman who answered the phone said that they were out but could call my doctor to inquire about substituting capsules for the prescribed tablets. I told him that the doctor wanted he tablets only. He offered to call around to area Walgreens to seek out the tablets and then call me back. Less than an hour later, he called with the Walgreens location and a pick up time of about an hour. Great customer service with my situation. I can't, in good conscience, rate on other aspects of the store.

Was there the other day at the pharmacy, and I was there waiting for a prescription and overheard a tech Brianna bragging about how she fills prescriptions the best and doesn't want to do what their scheduled to do. I found this super rude and irritating as a customer to see someone act so inappropriately in front of customers. This girl Brianna should not be bringing personal issues into work, and this is not the first time I have seen such behavior. I have been in the store and she has acted rudely to me by ignoring my requests or questions, telling her friend about how she has a child at home and other personal issues that should not be me mentioned at work. This girl and her apparent friend do not seem to be at all professional and I cannot believe the way they treat customers by ignoring them and bringing their issues to work.

Im Thankful for being a customer at this Pharmacy. I came in today on December 15th, 2018 and got helped by Adam. He went above the help and I appreciate that. He answered all my questions and concerns despite the fact that they were so busy. Thank You Adam.

I'd have to say I've been picking up prescriptions from this Walgreens location for 3 years and not once EVER has the pharmacist had my prescription. I've had so much patience yet I pray for this Walgreens to be shut down every time I leave there. The employees are awful, the pharmacist treats you like his job is a literal chore, and after 3 years of not getting my prescription on time, my only question is if they have ever had anyone's prescription on time? Where is the communication lost here? It's not mine or my doctors job to keep constant tabs on this place. My doctor does her job, so do yours or hire a new staff that can.
