They repaired our car with used parts and the parts failed. Insurance claim and repair was completed but it was a hassle. They also couldn’t schedule for a few weeks. (Made no attempt to feel bad about the issue)

Very disappointed in the overall work and response. The work that I had performed was done with the bumper and molding not being properly aligned. Everyone at Carstar was a 5 Star! I had some issues with the insurance adjuster from the auto that hit me and everyone was very willing to assist.
