I have been banking since 2007 when I worked for this company who used resource bank to efficiently and successfully run their family business and I would go into the Cortland location every Friday to cash my check. Fast forward 2 or 3 months and now I need my own banking account and naturally I went to Resource bank because everyone at the cortland location and later the Annie Glidden location were so much more than a bank they were my friends, my family they sent me cards on my birthday, wedding day, and. Birth of my daughter! It’s been a truly gratifying and enjoyable relationshi Resource bank has been a comfort When I need it most!I would highly recommend them to anyone anywhere!! Very good local bank that has various locations in its surrounding area. Staff in Hinckley is very efficient and I would also say... "resourceful." ???

I love this bank! I had used other banks before and will never go back! Resource always remembers myself, my husband and my son. Every time I needed something ie. checks, a new account, change an account, take out a loan, cards, they were always on the ball and got me in and out quickly (which I love about this bank!) They also send us personal cards about banking with them and our birthdays which I also love! Every one that works at the Resource Bank in Hinckley are just amazing! I cant say enough how much I love banking with them! 5 Stars all the way!
