Don't waste your time going to this store. I hate to leave a bad review but I have tried to support this store and they always let me down. I have been here 6 times: 4 times they didn't have what I needed, once they did, and today, Sunday, they were closed. What hardware store closes on a Sunday? Weekends are when people need to go to the hardware store and they are closed?

Bought a hard to find Weber Kettle here. Luke helped me load it into my truck, the young lady wished me a happy Independence Day and two other associates helped me out also. Solid small business and will be coming back for future needs.

Friendly and very helpfully. I came in for wood shims, they directed me to the isle, and another employee had picked a packet and had ready for me. Excellent service for any type of business, but definitely outstanding for a hardware store.

This must be the greatest Ace Hardware on God's green earth. The Ace app insists, no matter how many times I set my preferred store, on sending me on a 1,500 mile, $200 in gas, $60 in tolls, 22 hour roundtrip to this store to pick up a $22 bag of lump charcoal. Hats off to you Hinsdale, IL Ace!

Can fix about anything. Hard to find initially, but worth it. Fair prices and timely services. They have fixed three lamps for us.

Probably just met the rudest women ever at any Ace Hardwares service desk. Asked a simple question about a leaf blower and she snapped at me for no reason..Will never be back!!!

I never thought I’d stay away from a hardware store simply due to rude employees, but I’ve never been disrespected like this in a store before completely unsolicited by a couple of women for asking a pretty normal question. Isn’t the whole point of ace hardwares in the first place to get “helpful hardware folks”? The Midwest nice guy I am actually had the urge to fight back and stand him for myself which really doesn’t happen often haha. Never thought I’d be this passionate about how much I hate a hardware store but yeah, definitely avoiding this place like the plague.

Paula is the best. Great customer service and I love going to Fullers for my Xmas tree every year. There’s just something about seeing the Fullers Pickup truck driving around with the trees in the back for delivery.

I went there and they started they had just put the snow blowers together, I get the snowblower out of my vehicle the next day added fresh gas and it wouldn't start. I had called the lady told me just wait a few hours. I waited and tried again it wouldnt start. I keep calling and no answer. Here it is the two weeks later and still no answer. I want them to either service this or replace it. I spent $500 on something that wont start and they ignore you. Unacceptable.

Was treated and spoken too very rudely. I only asked where an item was because I normally shop at a different Ace hardware. (Which is the best!) I wasn't familiar with this stores layout. Asked where is this item. Instant attitude for no reason. I was wearing an n95 mask and gloves and social distancing. This store needs to work on being friendly and helpful. My brother walked in a minute or two behind me looking for me. He asked the girl the same question and was told with attitude "I already told you it's over here!!" Yea were different people lady. Relax!

Excellent customer service for my car emergency key copy, using my own blank. Local reputable locksmith couldn't do this job, Toyota dealer would not do this cheap, other local Ace Hardware also has to order the part and quoted higher price. He made sure himself to test the copy key if that works on my car. Really impressive service. I actually shopped around for push button smart fob and reprogrammed myself using rental unit (Google: Toms key)and bought the aftermarket smart key that comes with emergency blank (google: UHS hardware). Whole key cost to me was under $140 vs locksmith and dealer shop around cost around $400.
