I absolutely love this Bluemercury store, they by far have the sweetest and nicest employees working here in the entire Chicago land area. Spencer helped me out and she was so patient in helping me find some perfume scents that would best fit my note preferences. I also have been helped so many times by Ariel and she definitely had a huge influence on me to keep returning to this specific Blue Mercury location. I drive far ways just to come to this specific store and I enjoy my experience every time. Thank you guys! ☺️?

I called ahead to confirm that they had an item I was looking for. I ended up driving 30 minutes there only to find out they didn't actually have it. The staff was very unhelpful and didn't even want to provide a sample when I requested one.

I have never written a review for anything, but I had to tell about the great experience I had at this blue mercury location. I came in, in search of an assortment of things and I was greeted with so much kindness and a genuine care to help. Most specifically, Spencer, helped me so much to find exactly what I was looking for and was so amazing at answering my many questions! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved my experience in Hinsdale BM! First of all, I adore the atmosphere in this location! The set up and allover vibe! It has an abundance of high end products! Loved the service, too!! I'll be back very soon! Thank you!! :))

Not impressed. Thank God there is online shopping available. They really profile you at this location. If you're in for a quick small purchase, they don't bother giving you good customer service- in fact, I don't even think they know what good customer service is. Laura, the manager is so rude and judgmental. In fact, most of the staff here sucks. Before you know it, they'll be out of business like most smaller stores in the area.

Bluemercury is my go to place for skincare and makeup needs. Today was my first time shopping at the Hinsdale location. The store is attractive, clean and busy with customers. I was immediately greeted by sales associate Heidi. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the product I purchased. I look forward to returning to the Hinsdale store as the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Heidi!

Hinsdale BlueMercury location is a busy area but still a great place. They really have a wide range of options too choose from. which is always wonderful for all your beauty & cosmetic needs, either from skin care, fragrances, Amazing eyeshadow pallets. With multiple new/trending brands for your own choosing. But All M-61 products are great. Especially the powerglow toner with the hydraboost lolzBut there's many more brands, INDIE LEE, CHANTECAILLE, TOM FORD and many more? This list is endless..The beauty advisor's are so kind & helpful. Always amazing too chat with 100%. They actually love too assist you, They are proper & professional without judging others. But I liked This location its very interesting in many ways, So definitely check it out!??♀️?
