Went in to duly immediate care (hinsdale) for a common cold. And they found underlying health issues immediately which my primary dr has not over the years. All 3 of the people that helped me were amazing. I’ve never been to a better medical place in my life than here. I truly appreciate it. Thank you.

This is just the place you need to be when you are not feeling well . Check in 3 minutes waited for 7 minutes before being called everyone was so nice and professional and Dr Rieger was Awesome.

Duly immediate care in hinsdale has amazing doctors and staff. Ive personally used them and used them for my kids. I wouldnt go anywhere else! They treat you so well, they are kind and attentive to the patient. Im very impressed so far. Thank you for always treating your patients with kindness, it truley makes a difference!

I found the holy grail of immediate care at Duly Health and Care! The facility is modern and clean. The staff all welcoming with excellent communication. Very little wait time too. My nurses Julia & Jennifer were gentle and efficient. Dr Claude gave excellent care, with much knowledge, compassion and thorough attention to detail. Thank you to all staff members for the excellent care you gave to me.

This urgent care is so great! I have been there with my children and for myself.Everyone is always nice and very accommodating. I always leave feeling better than when I walk in.Can’t say enough good things about Duly Immediate Care.

I usually put off visits to urgent care and/or ERs because of long wait times, rushed/poor care, and overworked staff. I was dreading this visit to Duly Health and Care, Urgent Care in Hinsdale but my coworker said they had a great experience and to try them. I was in tremendous pain and knew I had to.Front desk was excellent, and kept me updated.Gabrielle was the sweetest and absolutely knew how to draw on a hard stick! The staff that brought me to radiology for both U/S and x-ray were so kind as well as the techs. And Dr. Oh was amazing, patient, and never rushed me! He listened to my concerns and gave me a good care plan until I can be see by an orthopedic specialist. They even booked the appt for me. I was in and out within 90 minutes - and that is with assessment, labs, x-ray, and ultrasound!A clinician myself, I know healthcare is changing and not always for the good of the patient. I wish all healthcare was this great, kind, and efficient! Thank you ALL!

Had an appointment here yesterday. Went mid day and had little wait time. The people here are very friendly, the front desk person kept up on how much longer the wait will be. Additionally, the nurse (I believe that was the position, his name was Derrick) listened to my current issue very clearly and let me talk. When Dr. O came in, he was kind and gave me honest advice and I felt advocated for. As a Physical Therapist, I appreciated every minute of it. Happy to know I can come here and feel comfortable and confident I will get great care from start to finish!

Was billed for items I did not receive. Tried calling the office direct and billing department and essentially was told there was nothing they could do to remedy it.

Scheduled an appointment, waited only 5-10 minutes. Doctor and staff were great. So much cheaper than an ER visit and the care was great. Way better than waiting hours in an ER and getting sick in the waiting room from other people. Very happy with this location.

Dupage Medical has gone downhill since the addition of Duly. It's removed the patient's relationship with their doctor. A patient can no longer call their doctor's office, it has to be done through an uninterested call center. Vaccines are done through a large, careless clinic and no longer done through the primary physician. I have had numerous doctors leave the network because of this. After 10 years with Dupage Medical, I will be leaving as well. All because of Duly

I can understand why DELNOR Hospital is one of the best in state. With my emergency surgery, everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. I felt very safe and informed. Special thanks to Third Floor NURSE DIVAL. She's a gem!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Duggal, and with the whole staff at the Duly Health Immediate Care at 40 S. Clay in Hinsdale. After a frustrating day of calling my GI's office trying to figure out what to do / where to go to get care for my diverticulitis attack, this visit ended my evening on a high note. Everyone was efficient yet friendly, knowledgeable (which is surprisingly hard to find when it comes to diverticulitis), and empathetic.I've been to quite a number of ERs and urgent care centers, and I say without a doubt that this was the best experience I've had. I actually came out with a smile on my face!
