Recently had a flat and had the warranty for replacement through the Cadillac dealer. I recently had this location do an oil change and rotation. The mechanic showed me the direction of rotation symbol on the tire and ask who rotated the tires. It was this location. They had the direction of rotation backwards and also did not reset the TPMS. Pretty disappointing.

A rear passenger tire decided to take its own life. We were on the expressway near Ogden Avenue. We exited on Ogden looking for a place to change our tire. In the meantime, my wife looked for a tire shop nearby. It just happens that within 150 feet of where we stopped was your Firestone Location. We pulled in and were greeted promptly by Risa. We told of our situation. She inspected our tires and indicated they were in need of being replaced. These were the original tires and had over 50,000 miles on them. We were given some tire options and long story short within an hour and a half we were on our way with a new set of tires and a very positive experience with your location. Thank you Risa and to Jordan who worked on our car. We would highly recommend your location to family and friends.

I had four new tires put on and an oil change and spent close to $1.5k. The next morning, my car was undrivable and the reason they gave me was not only incorrect but I was charged $130 for them to even look at it (they cleaned a flap and called it a courtesy).. I've had good experiences in the past but will no longer be going here, as I felt cheated this time around.

The Hinsdale Firestone helped a bad day turn into a better one! After getting a flat tire on the way to work, I waited almost 3 hours for roadside assistance, provided by my auto maker. They changed the flat. I then went into Firestone to ask about a patch. I was greeted quickly and kindly, and the amazing technician worked with my schedule and let me leave the damaged tire with them. Unfortunately, I do not have the first technicians name that assisted me when I first dropped it off, but Alex greeted me when I went to have the donut changed with the newly patched tire. He was super friendly and kind! They even filled up the windshield washer fluid (which I have been meaning to do for over a week!)I will recommend Hinsdale Firestone to anyone! Thank you all at Hinsdale Firestone!

Chose to go to this location because it was rated better than the ones by my house. I was pleased with the outcome, the techs seemed to know what they were doing.
