I called to have a handyman come out to my house to fix a closet bedroom door that was locked because the door handle had been broken off of the door. At first I was very happy with the service as somebody was able to come within the hour. The man who came was very sweet and nice and friendly. He actually turned the broken handle and opened the door in a matter of a minute. So he was literally at my house for less than a minute. I quickly called Fullers to see if I would be charged for this and immediately she said yes I asked her if they had any exceptions in this case and she said no I would still be charged at least $75. Needless to say, I thought that this was ridiculous and terrible service. I would think in light of what happened recently at Fullers car wash that this family business would be doing everything they can to keep their customers. I will not only be boycotting their car wash service now, but I will also be boycotting, and I will never use their handyman services again. I have already told many of my friends about this awful customer service and not only are they boycotting the car wash, get many of them who have used bowlers handyman services will not be using the service in the in the future as well. There should always be exceptions, especially in a case like this, and especially with a family run business. I was extremely disappointed.

Great location and ambiance for a casual outdoor dinner. Food is usually good but tonight’s meal was disappointing. Fish tacos weren’t flakey, sweet potato fries were cold and brussel sprouts were just handfuls of outer leaf layers. I rarely complain but mentioned to the waitress about the brussel sprouts because I really want to order them again and have them be great. She offered for us to take some home after speaking with the manager. But after just eating the hummus appetizer and full entrees, taking home a togo box wasn’t the way to fix our issue.

Went here for dinner and did not disappoint. Maybe best upscale bar food I ever had. Brisket grilled cheese was recommended as best sandwich and it did not disappoint.

Since opening for business in 2015, Fuller House in Hinsdale has gone from a rustic-chic American tavern paying homage to one of the first settlers in the Hinsdale area to being widely recognized as the No. 1 neighborhood bar in Chicago's western suburbs. Located at 35 East 1st Street, at Garfield, one block south of Chicago Avenue, it is a lofty space offering wood-fired pizza, craft beer, sports on TV, two-tier seating inside, outdoor seating and a bar. Everything on the menu is house-made. Open from 11 to 11 Monday through Thursday, 11 to midnight Friday and Saturday and 11 to 10 on Sunday, Fuller House is a popular gathering place for sports fans and party goers. My wife and I stopped for a late lunch after visiting the nearby historic Ben Fuller House. We started with Buffalo shrimp with Buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, carrots, celery and ranch dip and bowls of hickory smoked brisket chili with pepper jack cheese, sour cream, scallions and cornbread croutons. For a main event, my wife chose a pulled pork sandwich with bourbon BBQ, country slaw, pickle chips and pickled onion on Texas toast. I opted for an All-American Burger with a half-pound of certified Angus beef, a blend of chuck, brisket and ribeye, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on a brioche bun. With hand-cut fries. With its rustic surroundings, pleasant atmosphere and delicious menu, Fuller House certainly lives up to its reputation.

Nice little hardware store with extremely friendly employees. Very limited on things they can carry due to space issues. They have a number of other services they provide in-home.

Called them, inpatient, not very friendly answer-almost rude

Way more than a local hardware store. The level of service is a '10'. For example, they'll sell you a Christmas tree-deliver and set it up. Their handyman services are highly reliable as well.

I used Fuller's handyman service. The handyman, Isidro, did excellent work. BUT the billing side was less than satisfactory. I had to give Paula my credit card number before she would assign a handyman. I did so,Eve though I thought her quoted hourly rate is exorbut at. After the work was done my credit card was billed. I called Paula to ask for a copy of the invoice. She said her scanner was not working and she would put a copy in the mail! I told her it is 2022 and she had to do better. She sent someone over with it and the invoice showed she had charged me for more than an hour's work when Isidro was here less than an hour. It took some time to straight this out. I will not use them again. (BTW, the next week I had a small auto repair done at their auto service center and I was charged sales tax on a labor only invoice. You have to watch the Fullers carefully.)

This was our first time here with my family of eight including two toddlers for lunch. We were seated at the furthest table from the staircase on the second floor above the bar. The restaurant arranged two highchairs.
I started with their Jalapeno pineapple margarita with corazon blanco, gran gala, agave, jalapeno, lime juice and pineapple juice for $12 followed by their Makers Mark old fashioned with demerara sugar and angostura orange bitters for $11. We shared and enjoyed the nachos with white cheese sauce, chihuahua cheese, poblano corn salsa, pickled onions, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream for $13. I also enjoyed their tuna poke bowl with marinated ahi tuna, white rice, soy onions & jalepeños, cucumber, corn, cabbage, sesame seeds, nori, togarashi, and spicy mayo for $17.
My total bill was $183 excluding gratuities. Professional server Amish S. served our table well.

We had Fuller's come to our home to measure for a back storm door. Unfortunately, the size we were told to order did not fit. I called Paula, the manager and got no where, as she was quite rude and had a short fuse. I called last Saturday and talked to Caleb. The door was fixed within 5 days! Fuller's can do just about anything. My suggestion is to call and ask for Caleb or Roy. Caleb was very polite and helpful, a real gentleman.

Still a little COVID cautious, we found our outside seating very satisfying. Our waitress was great! She knew we were in a hurry and took very good care of us. I was a little chilly, so she put the heater on high for me. Food was marvelous!

My husband and I recently moved from the city and have used Fullers on several occasions! They are absolutely the gold standard in all things home related! Quick service, kind as they come and just a joy to have in our backyard! They are a wonderful family and it's a wonderful business!

In fairness, lots of people are going out, so Fuller's, like other places, is packed, and number of servers is probably limited. Our service was good, and responsive. Food was also good, but nothing special. Grandson said the grilled cheese was just ok. I had fish sandwich, which was also good, but a bit heavy on the breading. Drinks were just ok. One recommendation is to provide a brief description of the beers on the menu. If we are not from the area, we have no idea what to expect from some of the "crafty names" local breweries give their beers. Just a minor inconvenience. Very happy they are open for seated dining again. It will all get better.

On 2/5/2021 /I called for service to shovel snow from my driveway. I asked about the cost, and the woman said it would be $95. I asked for the snow to be removed from in front of my front door. She said that this had to be done by hand and it would be an additional $55. I agreed to only do the driveway for $95. I asked for the receipt to be sent to me, she said that normally they do not give receipts. I do not know why and I asked her that, she said "this is how she does business she does not give receipts."On 2/16/2021 I called in the morning and asked for my driveway to be cleared. I asked what the price was, and was told $195. So from 2/5-2/16 the price doubled! That is what I call a first-class ripoff. No one could explain to me how they price their services. So that means that everyday the price is different, and it is established by someone, and it all depends how greedy that someone is that day. Very unprofessional and I will never use this service again. I do not like to be gouged.

Six of us came here in late July for fun and food fare - really terrific; the weather was delightful and the server was attentive and helpful
