Adopted 2 cats. They were so scared, I wasn't sure they would be good pets, Carla gave me advice and convinced me to try for a longer time. They have turned out to be a joy. So sweet. Great place. My last 5 pets, have been from here.

Employees and volunteers really care about these animals and folks who come in to adopt or receive services. I adopted 2nd doggie and I am so happy with him. He is my pride and joy.
Hinsdale Humane Society (HHS) is a nonprofit animal shelter providing innovative care and adoption services for all animals, including those that are harder to place. Operating the Tuthill Family Pet Rescue & Resource Center, HHS offers adoption services, dog training classes, humane education, and pet therapy services.
