The Service at Jaguar Hinsdale went beyond my expectations. I had made an appointment for Service and when I arrived was greeted by my Service Advisor Joe Rosone. Joe was extremely professional and listened intently to my concerns and questions related to my service request. In doing so, I was confident that Joe would make sure that the service provided was done in a timely manner and with the utmost care and consideration of my time and expectations. I would highly recommend Jaguar Hinsdale and Joe to anyone who may need service performed on their vehicle in the future.

I stopped in here to just get a quick look at a vehicle I was interested in. I met a saleman, Tawny Gray, whom I thought was very helpful. He did everything he could to look for savings for me on the vehicle. Ok, now he had my attention. The vehicle is a hybrid and because of the it qualified for a sales discount. It was Tawny's idea to check if the vehicle qualified. He also offered me a more than fair number for my trade-in. His customer service and product knowledge was second to none. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because of his efforts and the sales manager's effort as well. I appreciate their straight forwardness. The finance manager said, "welcome to the Bill Jacobs family." I thank her, the sales manager, and my salesman, Tawny for making the sale happen.

From beginning to end Jaguar Hinsdale is a class act. The thing is, they're not putting on a facade.
Julian, our sales advisor was energetic, highly responsive and present. I've been in dealerships where the sales associate was literally looking out the window, past me, to see who was coming in the showroom as we finished the deal, not Julian. He was laser focused.
Agnes, his sales cohort, filled in magnificently for him on his day off. And then there's Dora.
I am updating my review to discuss Dora. How could I exclude Dora?
Everything she said just made so much sense. Of course, you want to protect your new car purchase in every affordable manner. She made it all so easy.
Moreover, signing paperwork is my least favorite part of buying a car. Not with Dora.
You've heard of "next level service," well go a step higher and you'll begin to understand how comfortable Julian, Agnes, and Dora made my wife and I feel.
Where should you buy your next Land Rover or Jaguar? That's crazy, you had to ask.
Enthusiastically, the wife and I will shout from the raftors to those with ears. Don't bother going anywhere else than Jaguar Hinsdale.

A+ service! On weekend vacation when our Land Rover needed immediate repair. Without an appointment, service staff took our call on Saturday and worked us into a fully booked schedule. They even paid for a rental car for two days while they fixed our vehicle! Car expertly repaired, ready for our trip home on Monday! Saved our vacation! Couldn't recommend them more highly!

The dealership was great and worked with me 100% of the way through getting a new car. Both Erica and Rich were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process and were able to get me into an awesome car. Despite my consistent questions they were respectful and answered everything or provided documentation and updates every step od the way. Not only were they knowledgeable on the vehicle but they were fair with pricing and rates in order to meet my needs. Would definitely recommend and thrilled with the new car!
Jose in finance was extremely helpful as well. When there was a minor hiccup in payment processing he was able to offer a multitude of solutions and help me get into my new car the same day!
Everyone here was absolutely professional and it was a great buying experience.
