Recently purchased a Range Rover from Denys Azarov. I’ve had some brutal car buying processes but I even told him the day of purchase that this was the best experience of them all. So easy going. Not pushy at all. Willing to work with you. I would highly recommend working with Denys. And yes I love my purchase as well. Thanks again Denys for making it enjoyable and exciting rather than my previous experiences I’ve had with other car dealerships. Highly recommend this dealership and of course working with Denys! 6 stars if I could.

On a recent below zero Monday morning in Chicago, I went to start my Land Rover Discovery. It barely cranked … but it wouldn’t start (it's 3.5 years old). By noon, when it warmed up to just above zero, I tried again … it started! I kept it running and called Land Rover Hinsdale.My usual excellent service manager Raul was out that day. The service person on the phone said bring it in, they would see what they could do to get me in. I was there by 1:00 pm. There were several appointments and drive-ins ahead of me. I finally got to talk to a service manager Jawad Sayal. I could see Jawad was incredibly busy and handling many other customers. I told Jawad I needed the car first thing Tuesday morning for an important appointment. Jawad said he’d see what he could do. Jawad arranged a Lyft ride home for me.After an hour, Jawad called and said he got the car into service and had it checked out … the electrical system was fine, it was just the battery. He said they had batteries and could get it replaced by Monday evening. Jawad arranged a Lyft ride for me back to Land Rover Hinsdale. I picked the car up Monday around 7:00 pm. Thank you Jawad, and thank you Land Rover Hinsdale! Great work under challenging circumstances.

Went in today 1/23/24 to look at a Toyota 4Runner that I was interested in. The moment I got there I was introduced to Jordan he was very friendly and welcoming he told me the details about the vehicle and didn’t sugarcoat the history on the vehicle. During the time I was able to test drive and get a feel for it. We then worked together on the financing the Vehicle and was able to get it down to a budget that I was comfortable with. Definitely recommend him.

I had a more than excellent experience at Land Rover Hinsdale! We worked with Kevin who made the process as seamless and easy as possible when purchasing our 2022 Range Rover Sport HSE. We requested to be in and out as quickly as possible (we were coming during our toddler’s nap time and wanted to avoid having to make him sit through hours of paperwork) and Kevin took that into account! He had everything planned out and ready to go when we arrived. We really appreciated the time management and his sense of humor along the way! He was extremely informative and made me feel very comfortable throughout the Product tour. Would highly recommend asking for him when purchasing a vehicle from this location!

Im from Indiana My experience at the dealership was fantastic my only concern is one week later my coolant light came on, current issue. And I've been trying to find out the proper coolant to top it off. The manual references something I can't find. Autozone says pink for anything past 1997 but the current coolant in the reservoir is orange. This has made me a little concerned about the need for service on fluid levels I'd have expected them to all be topped off and ready for new ownership but....we will see how all else goes.

Very very professional. They were also extremely knowledgeable about the car and the brand. I highly recommend them if you want to purchase a new Land Rover
