“I recently had a sleep test after 30+ years of Apnea. Illinois Sleep Providers gave me the consultation of the machine prescribed by my Doctor. Everyone I dealt with at Illinois Sleep Provider was beyond fantastic. The staff Minerva the office manager and Trini were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Alejandra (Alex) the PT was so thorough and knowledgeable it made my visit a dream, which is why we go for this therapy, to sleep and dream better. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing sleep apnea machines or supplies. Tell your doctor this is who you want to deal with. “NTS came to our rescue multiple times amid COVID-19 and its many restrictions, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Shelly and Bob. It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication! I had heard great things about Bob's one-on-one rehab work. I was hoping we would get to the stage of engaging his work. I would not hesitate to recommend NTS, Bob and Shelly for whatever rehab or home medical equipment you need! “I have been with Chicago Fire & Burglar since the 1980's. They installed the burglar and fire alarm system in my first home. I never had problems with the system. The one time I did need service, they were out the following day. The technician was very professional and friendly. When I purchased my second home (14 years later) I ultimately decided to use them again. I felt that I was getting personal attention throughout the entire process; something I did not feel with other companies. There was no pressure selling and my questions were answered. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. The installation was very neat and they were very good about cleaning up after the project was complete. I just had my system updated. Once again, I could not be happier.”

“My Dad recently had to be transported from southern Illinois to Naperville. A 4 1/2 hour drive! Jason, was so very helpful. He called me several times the day of the move to let me know of problems with the facility Dad was leaving. He was also kind enough to keep me in touch with how the trip was going. Upon arrival, I met the driver, Monique. She was kind and professional. My Dad was so happy with her, he asked me several times if I had given her a good tip. He told me that she was a "heck of a good driver" several times. He's 89 and probably talked nonstop. She did everything in her power to make him as comfortable as he could be. Professional, good driver, caring and kind people! Highly recommend this service!”

“At first they were okay. Brought me an old portable home concentrator and some tanks and some tubing. Tech that brought it seemed competent enough and told me my portable oxygen machine would be delivered in about a month. That was six months ago. Every time I call I get the same story about how in demand they are and how short the supply is. Can’t give me an idea of when they might come in. Now they don’t take my calls. They never once called to see if things were going okay or if I needed supplies. Dose anyone knows another company I can switch to???Someone called me the day after I wrote this review and said someone would bring me a portable oxygen concentrator the next day. Joel came the next day and was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the backup tanks. I am very pleased and breathing happy!!!”

This was the first time my family has done business with your company via Accent Care Hospice & I just wanted to say that Tywan the Delivery driver / Equipment technician was beyond polite / Very Professional / Very helpful. I myself am disabled like my sister who is the client of the equipment we received today. Tywan was on his "A Game" today from the very start. He communicated with me about arrival times and communicated with me when he should be at my door. Once he arrived he was more that helpful with explaining all the information i needed to know and understand with the equipment. His friendliness and helpfulness was beyond comforting. He also came up with a better and less stressful idea to transfer my sister from one bed to the other with the assistance of the equipment delivery technician from the other bed company. Together they transferred my sister with ease and accuracy. This worked out better not only for her but myself her brother and caregiver.He set everything up, made sure it was all working properly and told me everything i needed to know. After everything was setup, he cleaned up all his mess and even helped the other driver bring out my sisters old bed to the other companies van. Tywan you my friend are AWESOME! Keep being the person that you are. It was a pleasure dealing with you today. Hope you enjoyed that ice pop haha. I spoke with Jocelyn just moments prior to posting this review to make sure i had Tywan's name spelled correctly and she was just as nice. She helped me get the info i asked for and even made some small corrections on my sisters file. Thanks again Jocelyn and Tywan, I appreciate all the friendliness and help today. But we should not blame the entire business, because of the negative behavior of another, report them to upper management and it will be properly addressed and handled.
