“Foya saved me, and a long time customer of Lincare. Some other employees of Lincare were abusive. Hanging up on me, sending me off to other reps. Blasted me with loud music. Fabiola, Sarah and Helen were just mean. Helen taunted me with delays and threats not to send my delayed equipment. But Foya at the Willowbrook, IL location went above and beyond. Foya found out what I needed and in less than a day had it delivered to me. Foya has empathy and concern for customers like me. I need my cpap. My old equipment was broken down. I had stapled it together, but the leaking of air made it ineffective and noise so I couldn't sleep. The others shouldn't be in customer service. Maybe better in the marines. But Foya comes through and I thank her and Lincare for finding such an exemplary customer service representative.”
