I've been going to this branch for more than 10 years, and they are excellent! I've known all the branch managers and tellers over the years, and the service, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of service has consistently been top-notch.

I went in for housekeeping and my experience was ok,until I had to clock in.out on their phone the number they gave was not it cause a lady kept coming on trying to advertise. Also the women trained me had the same experience trying to clock out. So they need to update their system for housekeeping that works there to get their phone ? connection right when staff trying to sign in,out to get paid instead of trying two,three times and still nothing. Until she used another number and the man came on now that's unprofessional.

This bank’s employee BROOKE is so unprofessional. How are you going to take weeks to write a cashiers check, tell someone you can have someone else pick it up with a picture of your ID and then turn them away, say you’ll call and not, then taken another few days to rewrite the cashiers check, and say oh we’re closing so come back tomorrow after making them wait AGAIN and then tell them to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. Really. Idk who, where, why this bank wants to hire people like this. AND THEN REFUSE to give you your money to you because you have to “wait” for another cashiers check to be written is BS. Corporate is definitely getting notified.

I have a small business. In this pandemic time is not easy for all county. I got yesterday night in negative with one transaction and in a morning got overdraft fee of 36$ six times (216$) I understand if was only one but 6 for no reason. Called the banker and he was rude and didn’t do anything. There disappointed in how us bank treats small businesses and people :( . They are stealing money from people and he couldn’t even explain how is this possible

Bank employees make many mistakes in accounting Receivables. It happened to me twice already, so my mortgage was raised by $ 300. After complaining, no one even apologized.

The bank is very professional , yet the teller I like to go to knows me by name and all are extremely cordial. The Branch Manager, Charisse, is very personable and approachable and they offer a very complete roster of banking services. We used to bank at three different banks; now we everything there due to the great staff. They do their best to make banking painless and quick!
