Midwest Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital went above and beyond in providing care for my one of my sick frogs recently. Not only were the front desk and vets extremely friendly but addressed all concerns and created a comprehensive treatment plan including trainings for what to do once we got home. We have now made this our new primary vet, not just for the emergency we recently had! Highly recommend!”
“I have been taking my sweet boy to this office since I first moved here in 2018, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This review is LONG overdue but Dr. Bishop and Dr. Lopiccolo really go out of their way and take their time to make sure your animals are well taken care of! Both of my pups hate having their nails trimmed (and they are definitely not easy to deal with), but the doctors and staff have never made me feel like they were a headache to deal with (even though I definitely know they are lol).
Absolutely love how dedicated they are to making sure you and your babies feel comfortable and at ease. Earlier today my pup ripped his nail off and I was so worried ( not knowing how serious it was or wasn’t) and Dr. Bishop found time to fit me in first thing in the morning so I could still make it to work and also make sure my baby was ok. He got my pup all wrapped up and even found time to complete all his shots that he was due for so I didn’t need to bring him back next week. Not only that, but he will always go out of his way to offer any assistance you might need to make the appointments run smoother.
HUGE shout out to the doctors and staff for always handling my dogs’ nail trims, they say thank you and so do I ?”

“I have been bringing my dog and cats to Dr. Dahl for about 10 yrs and Iove the kind, compassionate people that work there especially when you have to make the difficult decision to send your family member to heaven which I made that decision for my 21 yr old cat this past June. Dr. Dahl listens and answers all your questions so you know what's going on with your pet. Dr. Dahl is a wonderful vet as are her people. Highly recommend!”

“I had to make a last minute appointment due to my dog making a turn for the worst over night. She stopped eating, drinking water and could no longer walk. Glendale animal hospital got me in that morning. My dog Ginger was suffering and they helped me give her peace. She was my best friend for 10 years and I had no idea of what an end of life visit would look like but they made it amazing. Staff were all so kind, sensitive and understanding. “Dr Vite and his staff are wonderful. Very happy I found them. My cat was limping after looking at his paws he knew exactly what it was. Its called Pillow Foot, an autoimmune disease. He brought out a text book and showed me and explained the condition. My boy is doing better and I'am weaning him off the medication.”

“This vet is amazing! I use them for both my dogs, I have the dog plans and its great and cost affective. Staff always try to keep me calm yet still provide all the facts to ensure I'm knowledgeable. They love our puppers and furbabies, its easy to tell. Only had 1 other vet this good, rare find and no regrets!! The letter after surgery always puts me to tears lol its so cute! Clean place, everyone is helpful. Even their other clients are great when its busy. I'd recommend them to anyone!”

This tipe of document takes up to 2 weeks to get processed. I highly recommend this clinic.”

They treated an abscess and took the time to show me exactly how to give his antibiotic injections at home, which made me feel confident and supported instead of overwhelmed. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed.

“Great service and they are great with scheduling my dog in whenever anything comes up. Everyone is very friendly, Dr. Kopija is great with my dog, very understanding and happy to see him. I love that they always follow up a few days later to check how my pup is doing.
Updating this to say we still love Dr. Kopija. We now have two dogs and are very happy with their services. I also like that they often run sales for the yearly tick meds so it is great to do a one stop shop for their annual visit and meds.”
“We just had our dog's teeth cleaned, and any procedure is more stressful to me than it is our dog! Aside from the clean facilities and promptness of our appointments, I really appreciated the constant communication by text before, during, and after her procedure. They were very accommodating with pick up schedules. We also had contact with the vet tech and the doc before and after the procedure. In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. I can't say my dog is less nervous, but I am!”

“I adore this hospital. My dog, Bruni, age 8, really needed a dental. My family did a poor job taking care of his teeth all these years and he definitely needed a few removed. Dr. Ashamalla was kind, smart, and super informative on the procedure and put our worries to rest. I was really anxious about anesthesia and the procedure but they take every step necessary to ensure things go smoothly (bloodwork, IV fluids, tech watching vitals, etc) which gave me a lot of comfort. These vets are actual angels. They treat every dog that comes in like their own and I love how easy it is to get all my questions answered. Also, considering the amount of teeth and plaque that needed to be removed, the bill wasn't as bad as I expected!
Also, they are super cleanly. When picking Bruni up after the procedure, it was close to closing, and the team was sanitizing the waiting room / front desk area while we waited for Bruni to come out. I really appreciate the care and attention to keeping things clean and orderly. It's a small detail but it really goes a long way and shows how much they care. I cannot thank this vet enough for helping my baby, I'd recommend them whole-heartedly!”
