Items I drop off are meticulously tracked, and receipts/pricing is sent for my approval usually within minutes of me leaving.
I've sold many designer bags, shoes and pieces of clothing with them and have never had issues with their pricing or payouts. I'm very knowledgeable of the market myself and we always see eye to eye on pricing. You can collect your balance at the beginning of each month and they'll have a check ready and waiting for you.
Despite absolutely having the knowledge and ability to resell my pieces myself, I choose to work with them because it's such a great experience from beginning to end.
Their payouts are at a higher percentage than what I have seen elsewhere, but even if they weren't - I'd still choose to consign with them.
Not to mention, they're super fun and just great women to know.

“Had such a great shopping experience here today. I stopped in after shopping nearby with my 4 and 2 year old, and I am so glad I did. There were about four women working, and every single one of them was incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my kids. They helped me find pieces, showed my kids a spot where they could sit while I tried things on, and were just so patient overall. For the first time in a long time, I actually got to shop for myself and did not feel rushed because of my kids. They were also super helpful at checkout and made sure to show me different deals. Such a fun and positive experience. I will definitely be back.”
