I went to the Buffalo Wild Wings around 10:20pm on 3/12, assistant general manager took our order. No one greeted us when we walked in. We asked for wings and fries & instead of recommending the bundle , he proceeded and when we asked after we paid , he replied with an unprofessional comment and said ‘you didn’t ask for the bundle. You said wings and fries’ and he said it very rudely. You could tell he just wanted to get us out of there. Horrible customer service. 1st and last time. Should’ve gone to Wingstop instead.

We have been waiting for takeout since 4:50 pm. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5 pm. It is 6:18 pm and no updates. There is a big crowd waiting on take out orders with no communication from the staff. At least give people the choice to cancel.

I just got take out and the food was literally cold. It’s no reason I’m paying for food and it’s literally not even warm giving me the impression it’s been sitting for a while . Also the boneless wings had way too much sauce . First time trying and I for sure won’t be back.

It was just meh for $13. Food was done quickly, almost too quickly. Everything was cold. They did give me an extra sauce but the person was rude. Don’t remember her name. Wont be coming back. The concept is decent

Angela is probably the biggest thing bringing that place down. Not only is she rude and completely disrespectful to not only customers but her staff as well. I’ve found myself OVERHEARING from the lobby Angela talk about me to her team in the back. She didn’t hide the fact she was talking about me. She needs to be supervised asap and reevaluated immediately.

Ive came to this bdubs go more than a few times, & ive never had such a poor experience here ever. First of all as I was walking in the employee was sitting in their car smoking weed and the parking lot reeked, then walked in smelling like it. They left a trainee on the register ALONE & he took 20 min to take me & the person i came with' order. After taking the order they usually hand the cups to fill our drink while we wait, and he never gave us our cups but he was walking away as I asked for my cups, & kept walking. Another employee stood in the bathroom for about 15 minutes and kept returning back to the bathroom multiple times. My friend had got their food before mine & when asking for utensils and ketchup the guy had an attitude when giving it to me. I said thank you and he looked away from me all crazy.Then when I had got my food, I had asked for the sauces to be separated from the boneless wings, & they did not, so i went back to the desk and asked to have it redone, & they gave me a d*** look and the lady was like "is this how you ordered your food?" I said yes and the guy said ok but are the garlic parmesan ones fine, and i said no, I wanted both of them separate , and he said again, "ok but these ones are fine?" I repeated myself and he stood there for a second with a look on his face and then brought it to the back.Then he brought them out With 2 conpletely different sauces, sweet bbq and teriyaki, when i literally ordered lemon pepper and and garlic parmesan.The pickles were fine, the fries were cold, then I went to bite into a chicken tender & it was still freezing cold so in conclusion, I will no longer be eating there and I would like a refund for my food, because $22 is not worth undercooked food and bogus service. The only thing deepfried was the workers.

Worst customer service ever. No one said even ‘Hello’, and when you need to ask for help they make fun of you and just repeat after. Ladies that worked on 8/21 21:50pm, should get fired definitely.
