If it wasn’t for the end all be all, Mike “The Manager”, the dent and scratch on my car, I would have given them 3 stars. I took pictures of my car all around including the rims in Mikes presence. The minute I looked at my car walking out of the techs bay you can clearly see the dent and scratch. Mike then proceeded to ask Alejandro, the person that serviced my car and they both deny damaging my car. I am not pointing fingers at a specific person. I am holding Pep Boys responsible for the damage while my vehicle was in their possession. Had I not taken pictures it would be their word against mine and Mike, after looking at the picture still denies any wrong doing. He was no help, he denied me any other managers name, he was condescending, and from the minute I walked in all he wanted to do was charge me for services I had already paid online. This is why I purchased my tires through Tires Easy, had them delivered with installation included. It was the best thing I could have done the only problem is they damaged my car and they don’t want to take responsibility for it.

Paid $160 for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers to be changed. I know for a fact my tires were not rotated at all. Makes me question now if they even do services right. I will not be returning.
