This Sam's club feels a little more chaotic than the others I have been to. Some of the staff are unprofessional, and the food court seems to constantly be out of whole pizzas, unlike any other Sams location in the area. They have denied our pizza orders at least 3 times in the past. One time, they said we need to come before 5pm so they have enough pizzas. Even when we do that, we have been told we can only buy slices because we need to conserve pizza for the other people in line. Ordering 2-3 pizzas is not excessive. Never been somewhere that sells pizza, and you can't order 2. The Rotisserie chicken is frequently out of stock later on in the day. Everything else about this Sam's club is standard.

Shout out to the workers working the food court! <3 Always so friendly when the lines are so long and very attentive to those still waiting for their food! The pizza and yogurt are fresh and so delish!

Clean and organized. Need more staff on the floor. Self checkout is great. Staff are friendly. Prices are good on many products.In May 2022 I bought a hearing aids from Sam’s Club. I paid total of about $6000 and being my first set of hearing aids, I thought they were working well. I switched phones from an android to an Apple, and I no longer had Bluetooth access, and no longer was able to have any of the amenities I had, which is a big reason why I bought the hearing aids. the hearing technician says that had “android” hearing aids, since I now obtained a“apple phone “I would have to buy new “Apple“ hearing aids for another $6000. I wrote the manager of Sam’s Club store in Countryside, Illinois, vice president of sales of Sam’s Club, and Arkansas, Lucid, the supplier of Hearing engage I wrote the CEO and Customer Service file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Illinois Department of public who manages whether or not accompany violates some hearing aid law. I made phone calls to the manager of the Sam’s Club and Countryside, Illinois and to the CEO and customer service department of lucid hearing aids, January 2024. Absolutely no one from any company has contacted me in writing or an email or by phone. there’s absolutely nowhere in the literature that says hearing aids are specific for platforms for the phone and I’m sure of both companies realize this, but have refused to honor any type of warranty. I would suggest to the reader. DO NOT BUY LUCID HEARING AIDS AND DO NOT BUY THEM FROM SAM’S CLUB.

I had the worst experience while trying to renew my membership. No one wears name tags. They told me I will be with you ppl when I'm done. I ended up not renewing my membership.
