“I often wondered why my packages always stayed at Hodkins, Il. UPS facility for 9 to 14 hours sometimes. I googled this place up and found out just now that it is the largest packing sorting center in the world with 9,000 employees. My view now is hats off, kudos, and God bless to all of these hard working people and their families and thank you for all of your hard work in getting our packages to us.”

“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile. The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process. I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff. Thank youuuuu ! 🤗”

“Parcels Plus Express & Gifts I absolutely love this place. Yvonne, the owner, is more like a family member than a clerk behind a counter. Everyone who walks through the door seems to know her, and even if you’re new, she treats you with the same warmth and friendliness. It’s rare to find a business where you feel genuinely welcomed every single time, but this is one of them. Whether I’m shipping something, picking up supplies, or just stopping in, the service is always fast, helpful, and done with a smile. Parcels Plus Express & Gifts is the kind of local business every community needs. Highly recommend!”

“We ordered prints online, but there was a glitch from our end. I walked in to the Elmwood Park location, concerned that we wouldn’t have what we needed in time, but Fuad was quick and interested in helping and his professional demeanor and humor were a bonus. I’m very grateful for his work and the guys working with him.”

“I can't say enough great things about the UPS Store in La Grange! Nick and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They somehow make even the most frustrating tasks (like Amazon returns with all their confusing rules or renewing a passport) feel easy and seamless. Everyone is friendly, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Nick and the team, for making every visit such a great experience!”

“I have no clue how this store has a 3.9 that’s not representative of the store at all. They go above and beyond with instantaneous service to all customers and manage problems with systems or bottlenecks like it’s nothing. I’ve had bad experiences before with UPS stores but this completely changes my opinion on them forever. They’ve earned me, my companies, my friends, my wife and families business for life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! For some context: I had recently gotten my car stolen while on a trip in Wisconsin. They had given me a call that my car was in their tow lot but needed a notarized letter. I live in villa park and called 2 other UPS stores, one didn’t even have a notary there and the other had no clue what he was doing. I then called this UPS store and Julie Wagner THE GOAT helped me even before I got into the store. She helped me create the proper paperwork for her to notarize and answered 2-3 phone calls when I had a new question for her. She was so kind and calm over the phone my hectic day was already getting better before I arrived. Then once I’m there they walk me through the whole process of printing and notarizing. I then had issues with my ID and she worked diligently and to the absolute best of her ability to help me. Even when I had an error in the paperwork and had to come back she still helped me out. I’m only writing this review because of the great team at this store. I see the owner responds to these and I hope the message is relayed to the notarizer at this UPS store Julie Wagner. Whatever you’re paying her it evidently isn’t enough and she should get a raise or a bonus or something.”

“Amazing location! I came in to print and laminate a concert ticket design I created on Canva, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Essence helped me throughout the process and made everything incredibly smooth. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely down-to-earth. The entire staff seemed to work well together and created such a welcoming atmosphere. They made what could have been a simple errand feel like a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location for any printing, crafting, or creative projects you have!”

“We switched over to using Staples about a year ago for our 24x36 construction blueprints. It has made the process of getting prints so much easier. We upload the print, pay for it and then receive an email when ready. It's super easy, quick and convenient. I'm so glad we made the switch.”

“Need a car shipped out of the country? My cousin visited from Europe and bought a car here and we found this place to ship it back for him. They are really knowledgeable in the area and can get your car to most major ports. They pack your car into a container that holds one car. The container system (versus something called ro-ro) is good because it lessens the chances your car will be damaged or tampered with. Look to spend about $3-$4K for the single container to a European port. They sometimes may be able to split a container that holds 2 cars for a lesser cost. With the low dollar, they looked to be very busy. Even though the rest of the world hates America, they love to emulate our lifestyle and drive big GMs and Fords. “I’ve had to come in here about 5 times in the last two weeks and the gentleman behind the counter has been absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, his coworker came down with pneumonia and he’s been working nonstop. He’s always pleasant even when the customers are unnecessarily snippy. He’s so professional and gets the job done.”

“Love their service, walked in handed the clerk that had already welcomed me to the store my return package. He looked at the label assessed that it was a return that I did not have to pay for, asked if I wanted a receipt (smiling the whole time from when I came in) which I took and he wished me a good day! I said about the same to him & the other workers and they all said 'Thanks, have a good (great) day' as I exited. That's excellent customer service!!! Where you have good feelings when you leave the establishment!”
