Unfortunately, my order has sat at COCH for more than 24 hours now. It was supposed to be here today(Saturday.) Meanwhile, I had a package from USPS that was suppose to get here next Monday, which arrived today. This location has to step it up, kind of pathetic.

Hodgkins IL UPS warehouse mis-sorted my package SO BAD that it left my state of residence, which is also the state it’s to be delivered in (the facility is a one hour drive from me and had I known they would not fulfill their duties I would have just picked it up.) However now my package has ended up in another state! I run a small business that was depending on said package, and because I relied on “trustworthy” UPS I have lost HUNDREDS of dollars AND look unreliable to my customer base. It doesn’t even matter when and if my package comes now because it did not arrive on time. I also think it’s very convenient for them that they do not have a listed phone number ANYWHERE online so nobody can directly question what exactly goes on here, or speak to any form of management at this location. It will have taken a full week by the time my package arrives and I paid for expedited shipping. After speaking to corporate there is no way to refund my shipping. Frustrated? Understatement… :)

Zero if I could!
I’m a small business owner and my packages keep getting stalled and then completely LOST at this facility. I will no longer be able to use UPS if this keeps happing!!
Please fix this! Beyond frustrating for a small business like myself to have to keep reshipping products and filing claims I never receive.
Seriously UPS… do better!

If I my package was stolen $1400 will be paid to me you better hope you guys find my phone!!!! And people wonder why they get cussed out over the phone ups isnt doing nothing about it this is BS if my package was stolen I will be sueing you guys

I often wondered why my packages always stayed at Hodkins, Il. UPS facility for 9 to 14 hours sometimes. I googled this place up and found out just now that it is the largest packing sorting center in the world with 9,000 employees. My view now is hats off, kudos, and God bless to all of these hard working people and their families and thank you for all of your hard work in getting our packages to us.

My package has been sitting in this dump of a facility for 48 hours with no update. FIX THAT! Hire a new manager or something but someone PLEASE do your job!!!

Lost an entire suitcase
Like how do you lose a suitcase?
You can never get in touch with anyone
Supervisors tell you “sorry it’s just lost”
Worst delivery service ever
Too expensive
Won’t pay you back for 6 weeks
Do the warehouse people or drivers steal????? Like why so much loss?????

If a package ends up at UPS CaCh it will be”LOST”… where i grew up this is called Stolen….
Maybe this facility should be investigated and Closed …. Thievery at its best. ….
