I went in Friday morning and dropped off my mixer to be cleaned, greased, and recalibrated. Within two hours I was headed back home with my mixer looking and working as good as new! Very happy to be ready for the holiday season

The service is exceptional. I brought my mixer in and Dan said he could work on it right away. He recommended a great restaurant when we asked about somewhere to have lunch. He was done with the repairs before we were done with lunch!
I was very grateful as I had driven an hour to his shop.
I wish more people provided great customer service like Dan!

10 ☆s!!! Dan is my Kitchen Aid Standing Mixer HERO!!!Not only was he professional, courteous, informative, thorough and exacting, he took the time to explain the repairs he made and gave me tips on prolonging the life of my Pro 600 6 qt. He actually repaired it WHILE I WAITED and it only took a little over one hour. I mean, who does that nowadays? Talk about fantastic service!I am so thrilled I found this Kitchen Aid Certified Partner. Dan at Abesco in Hoffman Estates, Illinois is my go to guy!

Brought two Kitchenaid stand mixers in around noon on a Thursday. Even though I'd read the reviews I was still pleasantly shocked when told they'd be ready in two hours. Put both mixers through their paces over the weekend and couldn't be happier! Noticed the signs selling refurbished machines and will tell our kids. Also planning to bring in our Cuisinart food processor for a tune up.

Took my KitchenAid in about 11 this morning. Went to lunch and about an hour and 45 min later my mixer looked like new! Dan is great and really knows what he's doing. It needed regreased and tuned and now it looks and sounds perfect. I would 100% recommend!

I brought them my 20 year old KitchenAid mixer that had never been serviced. They replaced several worn parts, tuned it up, and regreased it. It's running great again! Plus it was finished in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be bringing my mixer back again in a couple years for another tune up.
