When I tell you this is THE WORST PHARMACY.
BEN knows everything! He will not let you speak, what he says goes, when you ask to speak to another pharmacist he will not let you speak to another one, because he wants to know why. I contacted the insurance for the drops and this pharmacy is the one creating ALL of these problems regarding the prescribed meds. They are issuing insufficient amount of meds. ALL of these problems I have gone to address and correct this problem BEN knows everything I got EVERYTHING resolved and dealing with BEN I am back to square one because BEN KNOWS EVERYTHING BUT HE DOESNT!!!!

The medicine I get comes in a three month supply but this place refuses to send me all three months and then they say I can't refill even though I am completely out. Very bad

Used for Dermatology pills. I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they are Quick, Accurate, Always answers within a few seconds! I also like how they communicate thru Text message for reminders. BEST OF ALL IS THEY DELIVER!!!

Keep getting texts and calls from this pharmacy. Not sure where they got my name and number and I don't know the doctor they say wrote me a prescription. Don't even live close to their location. Asked them to cancel and just got another notice.

I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. It’s been hell with them! To use the excuse of “there was construction around your area, that’s the reason why we couldn’t delive your medication” it’s the most dumbest excuse ever! DO NOT use this pharmacy!

This is seriously the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The amount of times they have messed up my address, payment, or simply did not click the button to send me my medication is inexcusable. Seriously had to call two weeks after my initial call to remind them to send me my meds. It’s obvious that they are very disorganized behind the scenes and either don’t have enough people to handle the workload or just hire people who don’t know how to do the job/weren’t trained to do the job. One nice thing I will say is that the customer service people are very very nice. It shouldn’t take a second phone call to square away my prescription, but on the second call things tend to get better.

After holding for some time to speak to a live person, I was asked to hold then was disconnected. Called back a second time, I asked if they can hold so I can double check on the information I was provided, they disconnected the call again. This is terrible customer service. It can't be an accident, when you don't call back considering you have all the information on file. Poor service.
