I am prefered Avis customer for more than 10 years renting cars all the time from different locations . Renting car from this location is always smooth and pleasure experince. Mike and his staff are awesome and always welcoming with big smile and provide neat and clean cars. This is location timeing are excellent and keys droff off option is cherry on the top. I highly recommend this location for your next car rental.

Garbage, old and high mileage cars, dirty location. Had reserved a prepaid rental car and this location refused to honor the prepaid price. Cancelled and picked up a newer and nicer car from the ohare location. Avoid at all costs, complained to Avis corporate. Car I would have gotten had dents and scratches and 80000 miles.

I’ve had better experiences with AVIS, but this one was a nightmare. After picking up a minivan, we were told to wait an hour because the previous renter left the turn signal on. Then, the car wouldn’t start a few hours later, and we had to call for a jump. Despite this, the car still wouldn’t start, so we had to go to the airport for a replacement, making us 3 hours late for our departure.
The replacement car also had issues, with the passenger light not working. After returning the car, we were charged extra for gas, even though we returned it with the same amount it had when we got it. We were also charged for towing their broken minivan, which caused all the delays. Overall, poor service and unexpected charges make me hesitant to rent from AVIS again.

I want to rate 0, Mike employee/owner guy is not at all professional and good person, he talks to customer as if he is doing favor. I paid to get rental car (should have got clean car), he gave me unclean and when i asked him to clean he was not happy and i waited for almost 1 hour to get clean car. when he handover the clean car to me, he was expecting me to drop the car by cleaning it, very unprofessional behavior...These guys have charged me for charges that i was not aware. When asked question on these charges, he used bad language, thinking i will just bypass the situation. This is not at all accepted.
I would never recommend to use Avis/Budget, instead go to some professional place like Enterprise.
I hope if his management reads this review, they should look into the matter.

Didn’t have the vehicle that was promised . 45 minute wait to talk with someone. The three customers in front of me all had problems with their reservation.
Will be going with someone else in the future.

Scam. Would give it 0 stars. I booked a Tesla model Y through Costco. I get to the facility and surprise, they never had an electric car. EVER. Instead, they're willing to give me a Nissan!!! Called Avis customer service to complain and they can't do anything except get me a Model Y at the airport for $100 MORE A DAY. Is everyone at Avis in cahoots with this scam??? Called Costco to complain about this facility. Hopefully they investigate and get this place kicked out of their system. I can't imagine what happens to those who actually need a car that day. Paying Tesla model Y prices for a Nissan Sedan!!!

The car we had from a different Avis started overheating while we were two hours away from home. We went to this Avis and the gentleman switched us to a different vehicle with no problems. Thank you for your great customer service!

I waited 1 hour to get a car. And then I was asked to get an oil change . I have never been asked to do an oil change. It’s is quite ridiculous.

Always great service at this location. even if there are issues with the reservation, the owner always find means to do the needful to fix the concerns and have me on the road with a reliable ride all the time.

The worse place to rent a car. I was here to pick up my car during a weekend through my company. I talked to the person and asked him is it okay to pickup it up 2 hours after the scheduled time. He said it is fine. When I went there he told me the car is gone and he has a smaller one but I have to give him the full amount and he can’t give it through the e company discount plan. I got his trick and just walked out.
