Scam. Would give it 0 stars. I booked a Tesla model Y through Costco. I get to the facility and surprise, they never had an electric car. EVER. Instead, they're willing to give me a Nissan!!! Called Avis customer service to complain and they can't do anything except get me a Model Y at the airport for $100 MORE A DAY. Is everyone at Avis in cahoots with this scam??? Called Costco to complain about this facility. Hopefully they investigate and get this place kicked out of their system. I can't imagine what happens to those who actually need a car that day. Paying Tesla model Y prices for a Nissan Sedan!!!

The car we had from a different Avis started overheating while we were two hours away from home. We went to this Avis and the gentleman switched us to a different vehicle with no problems. Thank you for your great customer service!

I waited 1 hour to get a car. And then I was asked to get an oil change . I have never been asked to do an oil change. It’s is quite ridiculous.

Always great service at this location. even if there are issues with the reservation, the owner always find means to do the needful to fix the concerns and have me on the road with a reliable ride all the time.

The worse place to rent a car. I was here to pick up my car during a weekend through my company. I talked to the person and asked him is it okay to pickup it up 2 hours after the scheduled time. He said it is fine. When I went there he told me the car is gone and he has a smaller one but I have to give him the full amount and he can’t give it through the e company discount plan. I got his trick and just walked out.

We reserved a SUV for a week. When we arrived, they said the model we had reserved wasn't available. But, they did have one for $35 more...BAIT and SWITCH

Booked reservation over a month in advance. Day of pickup, they almost didn’t have my rental due to “not having enough vehicles”. Vehicle was not cleaned at all before using. Returned on time AND took the time TO CLEAN IT MYSELF before returning. Vehicle was immediately given out to another renter. Over a month later they tried to stick me with a fraudulent charge.Will reconsider ever renting from Avis again

Mike was awesome we went to another budget they didn’t have what we needed he hooked us up gave us a discount and had awesome customer service he even came in on his day off I can’t speak highly enough of this guy

A big thank you to Mike at Avis Hoffman Estates. I have rented a car twice in the past few months from Mike and he has always been courteous, transparent, and kind. I have needed flexibility on pick up and drop off times and Mike has always been available and able to work with me. Thank you!

They rent a truck and I call road side assistance. They road side assistance guy change me and I pay him then Avis change me for the road side assistance also. But September 1 they change me 220$ then September 20 they change 360$ they keep pulling from my account way after the car been returned and pay for. Don’t rent from these people once they get your card info they just keep pulling

GRATEFUL for the kindness and consideration of Mike working at the location at 805 W Higgins. Although this was not where my original reservation was for. Mike went beyond what the other Avis location should have done since the first Avis location knew I was on my way and that I had to drive out of town because of a sudden death in my family but he never mentioned that he didn't have any cars available. I am truly GRATEFUL to have had the opportunity to be assisted by Mike who was working that morning otherwise it would have been a very HORRIBLE experience. THANK'S Mike for assisting me and really going BEYOND what Customer Service should be! What a better world it could be if everyone just showed Kindness as if they were servicing a family member or your Best Friend!---

Staff doesn’t pay attention to you and make you wait, keep answering the phone calls and take the next customer while current session is not complete, causing multiple customer to wait longer
