I had an appointment today at 5 and left at 5:30 after being ignored by the stylist while she was on a FaceTime call with her boyfriend. I felt like because it was just a bang trim and she didn’t want to do it because it wasn’t high value enough for her. Didn’t even acknowledge me! I’ve had bad experiences here before and decided to give it one more try. AWFUL customer service!

Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful. The second you enter the store you get greeted. They were able to help me find what I was looking for and encouraged me to check out the other black Friday deals they had to offer!

The cashiers are extremely rude, 10lbs of make up and still wack. I purchased makeup for my wife and forgot to get the birthday gift. She told me to get back in line.

I recently visited Ulta and was assisted by Lawrence, who provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure I had a great shopping experience. Lawrence was patient, attentive to my needs, and offered fantastic recommendations. His positive attitude and professionalism made my visit so much better. I really appreciate his efforts and highly recommend him for his excellent service!

I was extremely let down and disappointed to have been turned away from your salon. I've usually had an overall okay experience with your salons in the past, but today that all changed. Thank God another salon took me on the spot and was able to service me since you guys failed to do so. I am so disappointed. I'm glad it worked out this way though in all honesty, I only paid half the price, and the stylists were much more professional, mature, and experienced. This salon was legitimate unlike you guys. I won't waste my time with you in the future. My vacation was almost ruined not knowing if I was going to be able to find someone else so last minute. Thank God I did though.

Peyton is phenomenal from benefit brow bar at this location. She’s very detailed and takes her time on perfecting the perfect brows. She listens to your dislikes/needs and meets them! I highly recommended going to her !

Huge Ulta went for an online order pick up and got more goodies! Staff there was very friendly helpful and very efficient
They answered all my questions and directed me to the products I was looking for which was a time saver
Place was nice and clean specially the bathrooms

They offer good quality products. I like their perfume selection, but it is somewhat pricey. You may find similar or even the same product at a different retailer or even online.

Mariah is THE BEST! She made my eyebrows look great. I've never had my eyebrows tinted before, so I didn't know what to expect, but Mariah explained the whole process and was so nice! I will only go to Mariah from now on. When it came to helping me find products for my face she took her time didn’t pressure me into buying Anything but of course I bought everything my experience was just over all amazing. So if you all are ever in the Hoffman estates stop by Ulta and see Mariah I promise she won’t disappoint ❤️

I had my hair cut done by Zoe and she is absolutely amazing. She was in sync with what I had asked as my hair style should be. I can tell how much she loves her profession by the way she was professional and listens to her Client. This is probably the first time that I have walked out of a salon with a perfect hair style.
