My experience has always been great. The staff in this branch has always been professional and friendly .. especially Brandon Lesovsky who goes out the way to help customers with concerns or questions. He makes my banking experience very smooth.Thank you Brandon for always giving me great customer services!

I love the friendly staff here! amazing bankers and tellers that go above and beyond!! Every time I go to the bank I am greeted with a smile and they offer help suggestions! and by the way my dogs are always welcome at the window (they love the dog treats)

Zero stars, Worst branch I've ever been to. Not helpful. I love BMO, but not this one. The only good part is that you can get 5s and 10s from their ATM. Highly suggest the one across from Hoffman Estates Highschool. They have friendly, helpful people there. Ones that don't lie to you, like the witches at this one do.

Avoid this branch. Give you a hard time on simple transactions. Don't have these problems at the other locations. Their rule enforcement is sporadic. Don't waste your time here.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Both the bank teller and personal banker here (bald African American guy) treated me with extreme disrespect. I needed to pull $600 and the guy kept pushing me to get out of line and use the atm (max on an atm is $500 and I needed $600). He was only instructing me to do so and not anyone else in line. I was second in line and waiting. I had to explain 3 times I needed more than $500 and a mix of bills. The guy then instructed the teller to tell me they didn't have $100s... (which was a lie as she gave me a few $100 bills) the dude was acting like I was going to rob the place. Personally plan on closing my account and banking elsewhere. Bad customer service for sure. This guy was acting way too high and mighty. This isn't the only issues I've had at this bank. A few times I needed to do less than $10,000 in wire transfers and I was treated like a criminal. Asked a million unnecessary questions about wiring money. Like how much money I make, how I had so much money (none of your business). Really a bad experience at this branch.

The Tellers are so slllllllooooowwww. It took 2 Tellers over 15 minutes to deal w 2 customers and I'm still standing here! Ridiculous!!! Thursday at 4:40 is not a busy time to be so slow.
