Vito (Manager) was amazing!
I had a one-off request and he did everything he can to research into it and accommodate accordingly. He was able to resolve it and I am sure no other major bank would have been able to. Best customer service, best staff!

On September 16, 2024 around 1 PM, I brought my father to the Chase Branch located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. We waited over 20 minutes for a banker. My father was verified with the teller and banker with his UNEXPIRED State ID. The banker tried helping us with his mortgage question, however, the mortgage rep would not speak to us without a translator. My father is deaf. Which means he cannot hear or speak any language other than American Sign Language. My father authorized me to speak on his behalf as he was physically with me at the branch. Please explain to me how an ASL interpreter would work if my father was sitting right next to me without a screen to speak with an ASL interpreter? Then the branch manager walked into the office speaking to my father in Italian. So are you telling me if my father spoke Italian or any other verbal language this would not have been a problem? All we wanted to know is if their extra escrow payment posted to the account as well as making sure it was posted correctly.
Guess what? They told us the payment wasn’t there. Yet, today, it was confirmed it posted on 9/16/2024. Oh, and the payment didn’t post correctly. So, we’re back on the phone trying to figure out how to get this fixed. It is extremely disappointing and embarrassing for your financial institution, being so large and so wealthy that you cannot help a Deaf 88 year old senior who is trying to pay his mortgage. We have spent countless hours trying to get someone on the phone to try to speak to my parents about this. It should not be this difficult to get help from their mortgage servicer. Not all of your clients are “private clients”. Do better, Chase! I have also filed a complaint with the FDIC.

My faith in Chase Bank has been restored! After a really bad experience at a different location several weeks ago we attempted our account management here at this branch. Vito the Manager was EXTREMELY helpful and kind! He was able to provide the service we needed plus he was able to provide some explanation as we went along so we could pick the right solution for our needs. Can't express our thanks enough for this great experience! Thank you Vito!

Great experience. Came in from another location for a notary for 11 pages since I was turned away and they were able to take me within seconds of stepping in the door. Jacob C was able to help me with no problems. Added note the furniture was clean and the building environment was inviting and welcoming. Thank you for the easy going experience.

Every week, I visit this branch for a business deposit. Joanna Gajdur has been the best part of my experience there. She is professional, helpful and truly cares about me and my business. Joanna always asks if there is anything else she can help me with to better my visit. I appreciate her welcoming presence and smile, even under a mask. Chase Bank is lucky to have her as an employee!
