I’ve sold many things here. From silver, gold, video games, consoles, gift cards, etc and every single time i am 100% satisfied. I don’t go anywhere else. The guys that work there are so friendly, honest and sincere. They never lowball and I’ve sold to other places in the past but Convert 2 Cash offers the highest prices. They’re great guys, great prices and also love their hours. They’re open significantly later compared to everywhere else which is perfect for me because of my work hours. 1000000/5 stars. It’s always a pleasure doing business here! Customer for life!

Brought in some Tools Snap on SK Professional and was interested in selling a set of tools 17 snap on sockets was offered 60$ and SK was offered about 10$ Was trying to sell stuff here and move for a Job but did not want to get severly low balled for my stuff. Id look else where unless you want to sell gift cards or gold good luck.

everytime i come to this store the manager with the white hair is always rude. many times when im speaking to someone he jumps in making comments that arent needed. never can say hi how are you or can i help you. like he dont like helping black people but want to jump in to make a call about something he didnt want to help. this guy could see you standing there and wont help. sold good things here but because i want to questions prices or negotiate prices im a problem. how am i not able to question prices when im the one selling? this guy cant even say hi or help but want to make a decision on whats taking place. then goes off about lies. i always say hello when i come and have a great attitude this guy never have a good attitude and hes going to be the reason the doors close soon! i honestly get a racist vibe from this guy. say stuff and go to the back. tuff guy lol

I came here to see if I could sell my used tablets, but it turns out they only take "certain kinds." Alright. That's fair enough. But these people don't even have the decency to check if what they're selling is legitimate. I saw a physical copy of Dragon Quest IV for the Nintendo DS for sale and I bought it. It turns out it was a bootleg copy that can't even be read upon turning on my Nintendo 3DS.This is beyond unacceptable. This store is out here putting up illegitimate product on display without verifying it's authenticity first! I will be going back promptly for an immediate refund (this was $75), but for anyone reading this I wholeheartedly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Why do business with a store that seemingly has no problem putting up defective items for sale?

Everyone in the shop is friendly and the prices of the goods are so good I spent an hour browsing the fine goods sold here and pickedup a few Deals!As one who has bought and sold items for over 8 years, I can definitely say that Convert 2 Cash is the BEST pawn shop in all of Illinois. Check it out sometime, I assure you everyone in this shop is incredibly knowledgeable on a vast array of great products!5 stars! Highly Recommended!

WOW, I can’t even begin to express how amazing this store is! Let me just say I LOVED the Halloween mask collection! Employees super friendly, very spacious and plenty of room for activities. Overall 5/5 star experience! Would go back everyday if I could!

Took a Fender Squier Jazz bass in brand new {retail 225$} offered 75$ which I took cause I needed the cash, went in a few days later and went to see what they had in term's of musical instrument's and there was my bass selling for nearly 400$ ,,,,,,,,,,,, hat's off
