Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

My experience at Dick Pond was perfect. Missy, the manager, was incredible knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions, assessed my walk and feet, and was a pleasure to work with.

Dick Pond usually has at least one of the kind of shoes we're looking for. They have a family owned feel, and at least one person with the deep expertise to get you the answers you need. They're hands down better than many other places with a similar name.

Bought a pair of Hoka shoes and needed to return a week later due to poor fit. Staff remembered me and made an exchange no questions asked. Special thanks to Shannon who helped me find a Brooks shoe that was the right fit for me. I'll be a return customer for sure

Started buying shoes here a few years ago and now I get my daughters race nutrition products here as well. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Shannon for getting me in yet another pair of On Clouds. If your feet hurt, this is your place.

Nice shop with very helpful staff. Needed some assistance with purchasing some footwear for a new runner and the staff was knowledgeable and patient.
Will be going back for new and upgraded spikes needed.

Great customer service! This was the first time I went and I didn't know what to expect. They were busy, but I was acknowledged as soon as I walked thru the door and Dave came to help out. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks. I even received a hand written thank you card and a $10 off coupon in the mail. Who are these people?!(In the best way possible)
