I had a great experience at Dream clean car wash! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was professional and welcoming. Manager Chloe and Eric went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and she checked in to ensure I was happy with the service. My car came out looking spotless from the outside. I really appreciated the extra care and customer service. Definitely recommend this location and will be coming back!

I guess I should’ve read the reviews. This is a horrible car wash. The two gentlemen who work there are very nice however after going through the car wash twice and being upsold on a car wash that did nothing, I left the car wash very disappointed. When I asked the gentleman for the manager’s name, he told me he couldn’t give me the manager‘s name. I only wanted her first name.
One gentleman acted like I could get a refund. The other told me there was no refund so now I’m left with a dirty car and wasted $16. It was actually an insult for the dread head to tell me that the car looked clean to him. Pictures are attached you be the judge. He said it looks clean, no it doesn’t. I’ll delete my review or edit my review once I actually hear back from management after I call tomorrow.
Update - spoke with manager who offered a refund if I was willing to drive a whole hour to provide her my physical card. Obviously I’m driving from downtown Chicago to give them my physical card when I didn’t use my physical card to pay with. 0/10 do not recommend! Maybe management should let employees do refunds like every other business on this earth.

Chloe greeted me with a smile, very polite. Carwash was also great! Vacuums work as well, which is a plus. Definitely recommend others to stop by.

Really nice and clean car wash area and grounds. The manager, Chloe, always there with a smile. She always asks me how I am . She also asks me to tell my friends! Great sales person.

Went at 545pm. Was told that the $7 car wash wasn't available and the cheapest one they had was $25.
It's not about the money... its the principal.
Stay far away.

Friendly staff. Detailed car washes. The vacuums are in The front before the car wash. There is also a place to hang and clean floor mats too.

Excellent experience. Chloe the manager goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Not only does my car look great but during the wash my back wiper came off. I asked Chloe if she would help locate it in the wash, without hesitation she searched and was able to locate it. With the level of service you will not be disappointed!

Worst service; provided package for 3 Months at 10 Bucks per month; They closed for maintenance work for 2 months ; after it deducted 36 bucks.

Do not go to this car wash! If you vehicle gets damaged there, they will not do anything about it!
I've been a customer for almost year, never had a problem...not the best wash, but good enough for my brand new truck and my husband's..and they had a deal!
These past 5-8 weeks they shut down for updates so I went to the Palatine location where my husband goes...never an issue there. Then on Friday 8/1, I notice that they are open, only for their new machinery to damage my windshield right down the middle! The construction vans were still on sight and one of the men looked at it and they were completely shocked at what happened! This company need to be liable and held accountable!
I speak to manager, Chloe, who takes my info, fills out a claim and just like another person stated, brought 2 estimates to replace and told I'll hear from the DM Allen. Today was one week and I've heard nothing so I went back to Chloe who told me that Allen will contact me but they ate denying my claim. No one has called, emailed, looked at the damage or cared to have a conversation about this. Poor customer service and the left the poor girl to be their scapegoat...

They gave me a coupon for a free wash and then they shut down for what was supposed to be a week, but turned out to be a month. The coupon expired by the time they reopened and they refused to honor it. Staff is rude and disrespectful. There is a much nicer car wash down the street with friendly staff. Don't waste your time at this place.
