From the initial consultation to the final delivery, Fabbrini’s Flowers exceeded my expectations! I was so grateful to work with Jack Fabbrini. His attentiveness to my vision, insightful suggestions, and craftsmanship resulted in stunning wedding flowers and one HAPPY bride! Had my bridal bouquet and my fiancés boutonnière made by fabbrini flowers and honestly very disappointed in what I received. I sent over pictures of EXACTLY how I wanted the bridal bouquet and groomsman boutonnière to look and when my maid of honor picked up the bouquet and boutonnière it looked NOTHING like the pictures that I sent over or shape that we discussed. The roses were small and not large though they were playa Blanca’s ,which can open up to being a large garden rose if taken care of properly, there was more greenery than flowers, and the roses for the boutonnière were so shaved off that they were not visible in the photos on the grooms jacket. I have made bouquets and boutonnières myself and after receiving what I did, I felt that what I received was not worth the $280 I spent. I did all of my own flowers for my wedding day myself for all the tables and bridesmaids and honestly killing myself for not have done my bridal bouquet and boutonnière myself as I had similar flowers for my wedding and my roses opened up to twice the size for our wedding day as fabrinnis did. Killing myself over not doing it and trusting them of being able to pull off the look I wanted even if you sent them a picture of exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. Pictures attached of what I requested and what they made instead.

I ordered the "designers choice" arrangement to send to my daughter. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The entire process was very positive. I would highly recommend!!

Was running late to get flowers to church for a blessing. Caleb met me and quickly assessed the situation and suggested a beautiful prepared bouquet. After a quick watering, he placed it in a box to make it easy to safely transport to church.
His fast thinking and acting kept my evening from falling apart. And added a fragrant blessing to our home.

I called and the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful, I was hopeful I could trust her with my order.
Since I was calling from many states away I was already at a disadvantage . I had to trust she’d know how important this gift was to me. The recipient sent me a picture and I was very disappointed. The basket sent was not nearly as nice and beautiful as the one pictured on the website or what she and I discussed. This is not what I intended to send nor pay for. Unfortunately I would not recommend you to place or trust your important orders with them.

Fabbrini's Flowers were wonderful to work with for my wedding. Jim Fabbrini patiently helped me figure out what I wanted and visualize my bouquet by showing me a lot of examples during our initial consultation. The flowers were all beautiful, pricing was reasonable and clearly communicated, and service was impeccable.

In January, I was looking for a florist to send my sister flowers for her birthday/get well recovery. I called Fabbrini's to inquire about what they had to offer and they were MORE then accommodating with providing the types of flowers that are my sisters favorites but also making recommendations to the arrangement. The day I requested delivery was forecasted a snow storm and they alerted me that depending on the weather, they might not deliver that day. Of course I was fine with this and said the day of delivery was not that important. On the day of the scheduled delivery, we did have a snow storm but to my shock Fabbrini's did deliver the flowers! My sister absolutely loved them and Fabbrini's even gave an extra balloon in the arrangement. Her flowers lasted almost a full month so much enjoyment was had and that goes to show you the quality of there supply. Extremely pleased with the customer service, workmanship & quality. Thank you Fabbrini's!

I was helped by Caleb at Fabbrini's Flowers. He was absolutely delightful. He sold me about a dozen and a half of roses, some for my Mama and the rest were gifted to randoms at Woodfield Mall. Valentines isn't the easiest day. If someone made a comment like, "Who's the lucky lady", I proceeded to tell them, "YOU ARE" and pass them one. Anyhow, Caleb had such POSITIVE energy, that I felt really GOOD purchasing from him. I know I lifted up 12 random strangers because of Caleb. Please continue spreading that LOVE, and Thank You!

I did not have much of a vision for florals other than wanting simple decor and no roses. Jim jumped in right away with ideas that fit the exact vibe off the bat.Jim and his team were so easy to work with and he brought such a calm and helpful presence day of.The result was beyond what I could have imagined and I am so thankful for it!

I just want to compliment Fabrinni Flowers and the girl who took my original order. She was memorably friendly, super-efficient, quick but not rushed, and great at her job. So much easier and nicer than most places. The order received by my friends was beautiful and as expected. The owner has also been very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I looked them up as a local family-run business instead of one of the 'big commercial ones', and I have been thoroughly impressed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation. :)
