I tried to send a package. It was in a reusable pack… I had whited out all the previous lettering with labels, but yet the unhappy female clerk refused the package. She’s Quite the rude lady.

Visited the Fed-EX office on Roselle Rd in Palatine and was blown away by the great service. I think his name was Roberto. He was so patient and answered all my questions. Great customer service. His manager was also very helpful The service was on 10-2-23 at 11am. Thank you for making what I had to do much easier.
