This is the particular store that my wife prefers. And I agree with her because from all the five below that I’ve been this is the one with the most merchandise with proper stock levels.

We were walking out of the store as it closed and there was a man outside coming in but the door was locked (because they were closed) but, I had to leave so I exited and the man entered. Then the employee told us "Bye don't comeback!" In a rude tone. It wasn't our intention to let him in we had to leave. It was extremely rude especially since it's their job to stop them from coming in not us.

I go here a lot and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately I was trying to exchange an item I bought yesterday- tags on just a size too big- and the receipt had gotten shredded on accident. Whatever, I’ve been allowed to exchange items here no problem with the card I used to pay. Sadly, I was just told you cannot do an exchange or return without a receipt, even with the card used to purchase the items. The person who told me barely listened to me and wrote me off fairly quickly, so I don’t really believe him if I’m being honest. I was in and out of the store in 30 seconds.I’ve worked for several different retailers, every single one could recall a purchase history of the card used at purchase. I usually understand policies, but this flat out doesn’t seem legit to me and did make me want to complain.

Super cute, marketed towards teens and young 20s,but I always find something there for me, too! The section with higher priced items has some real finds.

I always have a great experience at this location. The workers are always ready to greet me and the store is always stocked and clean. There are always new products out each time I'm there and I always find something new to buy. I usually shop for Sanrio items and cute room decor. Every time I check out the employees are so friendly and offer assistance. They always tell me to have a wonderful day too! There was also one time I called looking for a specific squishmallow clip, and the girl who answered the phone went and found them in the back and answered all my question. She even went in back and brought out the whole box to me. Super helpful employees!
