This location has decided to close early without offically updating their hours for customers. When I did make it in during their new hours, a lot of the items I was interested in were out of stock and not expected to be replenished or on the shelve but expired. The store attendant was indifferent to the fact that he is selling customers substandard products. I asked for a price match on one of the items I needed that they actually had and wasn’t expired. I was told that he wouldn’t price match because the competitor required a membership so therefore was closed to the public. I told him that was incorrect while most of the customers are members of Xsport, it is not a requirement to be a member to purchase supplements from them. I’ve never had an issue with a price match between the two before and I’ve purchased at both companies the last 10years. He told me they were being more selective because of financial issues due to corona and GNC filing bankruptcy. I honestly don’t understand how this man is employed at all. You work a job that is customer service oriented. The care and respect for customers isn’t there. I highly doubt this behavior is deemed acceptable by GNC as a whole. As a loyal GNC customer this is very disappointing. I hope they restaff or close this location because the current representation and customer service needs to go. Avoid this location if possible. If not make sure you triple check everything before you purchase as all sales are now final and they clearly aren’t concerned with customer well being or retention.

Great experience with knowledgeable staff that offered great one on one time giving the best recommendations. The consistency of staff being helpful makes this my go to for CBD, protein, and vitamins.

Very nice, organized, they have a small health and beauty section with some oils. They didn't have the rosehip oil I was looking for, but the staff was very nice and offered to look for it, but they didn't have it.

I arrived at 7:15 on a Wednesday night to pick up some quest bars. The open sign was lit up. However when I pulled on the door, it was locked. Then, I noticed a sign on the door that said "Be back in 5 minutes." Just to see what would happen, I waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever showed up. That is absolutely absurd and there's no chance I will ever go back to this location.

My son went in to return a couple of products because they weren't working for him. The store manager, Ravi (I believe the spelling is correct), approached him and asked him why he is returning. My son told him on one product that he was returning it because he found out he is allergic to dairy products and this had dairy. Ravi said it did not. My son disagreed and Ravi called my son a "punk" and told him to get out. Obviously, he did not return the products because he wasn't allowed to. When he got home, he told me the story and showed me that on the product container, it states "CONTAINS MILK" in all upper case letters. Wow, what a unpleasant experience. We love GNC, however, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN, and we are Gold Members and spend a lot of money with GNC. My story here does not even compare to the exact caliber of negativity that transpired!!! Hope Ravi gets some help for his negativity so he can one day be a happy soul!!

I have been buying from this store for the last 5 years. Two weeks ago I purcharsed Women's Ultra Mega 50 plus Vit. They had a very bad odor and caused me some stomach issues. When I went in to ask for an exchange the owner gave me a very hard time. Told me they always smell like that. Asked for a receipt and then charged me $26.36 for the new bottle. He has been waiting on me for years and knows that I bought them from him. I will not do business with a company that will not stand behind thier products. When a customer comes in and just wants to exchange a faulty product and is willing to leave it at that, I would think that a good owner would be happy to have the opportunity to correct the problem.
