Went to get my 3 year olds hair cut for the first time ever. Check-in online. Showed up on time and then waited 15 minutes for my kids name to be called. No big deal. My toddler did a great job being patient. Walking up to the chair my child says he needs to go potty. I told the employee he just needs to use the bathroom real quick it won’t take long. She says no problem. We were in the bathroom for 1 minute. When we came out she skipped my child and had someone else in the chair already cutting their hair. I was shocked at the speed she decided to just skip us because we were in the bathroom for such a short time.
Considering the patience of a toddler after waiting 15 minutes they just skip them because they need a moment to use the bathroom. I immediately walked out. Completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. First and last time trying this location out.

My four year old didn't want his hair cut at the same time as me. He wanted me to go first and then he'd go second. Why? Who knows? He's four. We were the only two in Great Clips, but they insisted that we had to go at the same time even though no one else was waiting. I asked three times if we could go one after the other, and we got told no three times. My son even asked why he wasn't "allowed" to go second. It was just odd and rude - she was so flippant about it like we were being prima donnas. So, needless to say, we went to the barber two blocks away.

I DEDUCTED ONE STAR DUE TO YOUR COMPLETE LACK OF EFFORT IN RESOLVING THIS. WAY TO MAKE THINGS WORSE.

Lupe did a fantastic job, I got a new haircut style and was nervous about it. She took her time, explained all questions I had, and she truly wanted me to love it. I found my new favorite stylist!!Price: $25

Again. I bring my mother in for a shampoo and blow dry. $32 later which I am ok with but then the attitude I get when I hand over $40 I am asked if I want change that upset me so I asked for $5 back and the woman is upset with $3 tip really. I am a very generous person but that goes away when I am asked if I want change back to me that is wrong expecting an $8 tip. Also there was no offer for senior discount. The worst thing about all of this is the woman questioned me in front of 2 other co workers and my family. I am in the customer service business and this is unacceptable.

I decided to do my haircut my looking at high reviews at this place but believe me its the worst hair saloon.

I feel like they have no skills. I also feel as if they're simply uneducated employees and anyone can get the job. I know they get paid 13$ an hour and they are so bad I'm sure the most they get ripped is 3$ theryre lucky if I give them 1$. They don't even deserve that.it's almost like they completely don't listen to what you ask for. theres a communication gap. How one word can't be understood is beyond me. Idk why I went back. I I honestly have never left there happy.

It’s hit or miss at this place. This last time was a miss, my son’s cut was much shorter on left side than right side. Nothing can be done to fix short of shaving it all off. We will just have to wait for it to grow out.Service: Haircut

Employees are nice but when my mother went in and asked for a shampoo and blow dry only. She was charged $32. The explanation I got was she got style and shampoo and a small area of hair cut. This is not what was requested. She is 77 years old not from this country and didn’t want to be rude and say no to what was being told to her. Not good practice. I go here all the time. No more.
