Extremely terrible service, consider going to a different car rental place this place will try to scam you. Front desk attendant was extremely rude and highly manipulative. The employee tried multiple times to overcharge me for a reservation I had already made and paid for. Beware this place is a SCAM

Could not rent a vehicle. Manager required a passport from Puerto Rico. My cousin has all the proper documentation. Hertz requires you to have a passport from Puerto Rico in order to rent a vehicle.
Hertz respond was ineffective and it did not address the issue about needing a passport from Puerto Rico in order to rent a car from this company. Hertz made the whole renting a vehicle situation very unpleasant.
Happy to report that we were able to rent a vehicle without problems from Avis in Hoffman Estates on 805 W Higgins Road.

While in Schaumburg, I rented a vehicle each week for 5 consecutive weeks at this branch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when I running late to return the vehicle. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and pricing!
