I had serious issues with my WiFi. It was not working and it was a new router. Continued to say incorrect password. After several calls to Netgear Support and two Netgear Routers later, Hogan Systems resolved the issue.I would highly recommend them.

He was extremely flexible, courteous, and knowledgeable about PC's. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the prices for the service was fair.

Driving down the road today I came up on the Hogans Systems truck tailgating about 2 feet off the car in front of him. I was one lane over, going the same direction. Right when I got up to the two vehicles, the Hogan vehicle cut left, I had to slam on the brake sending everything in my vehicle flying forward. Since he was driving a company truck I texted him at a stoplight suggesting that he try not drive like a dick with his number on the truck. He replied, "Try driving more then 10 miles under the speed limit." He thought I was the person he was intentionally tailgating. A simple, "I'm sorry" would have solved the issue. Here's the thing - when you're driving a company truck, you're representing your company. I would never consider working with you based on this experience. Who would want someone with that attitude working for them? Edit: I was driving the speed limit - dick. As you just admitted, you were going 10 under... I wasn't sitting 10 under in your blind spot... idiot.
