I went to Home Goods here at Hoffman Estates for a class field trip and I wanted to look at a shelve where they had like card games and other Christmas gifts that they had there but this employee didn’t care at all to move the fricking cart and she didn’t realize that I wanted to look at what was on the shelve she didn’t barge to move one bit then I passed over to the same shelve again and the employee didn’t seem to move the cart at all and I left and really is this how they be ignoring their customers are they really that paid to ignore customers cause I don’t think they are paid to do that. They also think that you are there to just give them crap when all of a sudden it’s then the costumers fault for it it’s so fricking rude and disrespectful. If people now and days can’t attend a customer here at this store why are they even here for like what’s even the point of them coming to work.

Called yesterday to see if they had an item in stock. They said it was and asked for them to hold it for me so I could pick it up today, they said yes. Went to the store today and nothing was there held for me.

This place has so many great deals. You literally need a couple of hours to go through everything. Withing walking distance of several other discount stores.

Whoever is the manager or managers at this locations need to be replaced!!! The store is a MESS!!, the aisles are full of stuff on the floor, carts are in the middle of the aisles with stuff, blankets on the floor on the kitchen section. I mean, holy cow!! lol smh

Love, Tjs/Homegoods although why does no one want to work especially at the Bloomingdale location ??? The lines are terrible and not enough cashiers, and it doesn't matter which day of the week, xmas isn't even here yet and only to get worse.
