It's a boutique gym and has a a variety of strength training and cardio classes. I love it! The trainers are great and the programming is awesome! I really enjoy having preprogrammed workouts and working out with a group. I do like feeling part of a community there.

I really enjoy IT Gym…it offers plenty of class options if you’re looking for cardio classes or if your looking for strength training which is more my speed. I do Work It and Lift It classes and they kick my butt! I love it!
