My Service Advisor Stephen went many extra miles and succeeded where everyone else failed or couldn’t be bothered! My cherished, almost mint condition 1999 Jaguar XJR, went in for routine service and an improbable request. My car needed some parts that were discontinued long ago and were next to impossible to find. Stephen searched the internet to find parts, tested them to make sure they worked, returned faulty parts and re-ordered parts until my car was returned to me fully restored to its original condition! All thanks to Stephen! I am grateful for this amazing service!

Austin and the folks at Jaguar Schaumburg were nothing short of amazing! Their customer service and attention to detail was excellent. Austin was so very knowledgeable and professional and help us make an informed decision. Additionally, when my car was delivered to my home, Austin came and sat with me to set up all of the features on the car. Even helping to ensure is synced with my garage door. Just above and beyond anything I could have wanted in a car buying experience!

Service not performed as promised. New problems arose right after the service. They recommended $11,000 of suspension work a month after suspension work was performed by another dealer. Declined that service and the morning after bring the car home it had developed a coolant leak somehow.

Christian was a Godsend! I was just at the Northfield Jaguar location for an appointment only to find they wouldn't accept my extended car warranty. I was concerned since my sunroof wouldn't completely close, so I called the Schaumburg location. Christian walked me thru the steps of an attempt to just recalibrate the system, and Voila/wahla, it worked! :)THANK YOU! I will definitely go out of my way to use this location!

I purchased a car from them in April. I had phenomenal customer service during the process. I had text messages from several phone numbers, keeping me in the loop and communicating well. Once the deal was sealed I had to text a few times prior to getting a reply as to when my 2nd key would be sent to me. I have now sent texts to all of the numbers asking about what’s next. Docs to tag the car, docs to end my old cars warranties, etc. I’ve received no communication. They are great, but don’t expect anything once the deal is sealed. Super unfortunate for them as I change cars yearly for work. We wont be back.

Wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Jaguar Schaumburg Illinois when I live in Texas. Paul Forsythe definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted! I found this car in Illinois, and he treated me as if I walked into the dealership with respect from the first we talked!! He kept me informed about everything and even went as far as to give me the name of a vehicle transportation company (Mr. Flatbed) to transport the car to the Lone star state of Texas!! PAUL GETS 5 STARS ? FROM ME!!!

Held car for well over 2.5 weeks, no offer of alternative transportation. Reset monitors and didn’t think to make sure they were all up and running before returning my vehicle. Ridiculous repair costs, poor communication. Never again. Beware

Stay away from this place on a used cars. Unless it’s a Land Rover or a Jaguar. Bought a used truck here. I bought it and in hours of buying it the back seat wouldn’t lock in place after being folded up. Took it back to them and it took about 3 weeks to get fixed. There was no communication, on status of the truck. Had to call Ford dealer and see what was up.Now on current issue. Today when I got into my garage to leave and the truck wouldn’t start. As you can see in the pics below that battery is completely corrode. The positive terminal is completely broken. This must be the original battery. This again should’ve been done on inspections. On both parts. When the vehicle was taken in. If this was Land Rover or Jaguar they would’ve cared. Just sad that little things like this could’ve been taken care of before resale. Oh by the way I now have to change the air and cabin filter. Simple things.Thanks again guys.This was bought late August.

I've had the worst luck with contacting the finance department. I've emailed and called several times regarding a GAP insurance refund and to no avail. I am very disappointed with the poor level of communication at Jaguar.

Empty promises. Purchased a used vehicle rushed into purchased. I brought it back bc brakes were making noise like crazy. First they call to tell me they could not duplicate issue then told them is why driving for like 10 minutes. Then they tell me they will clean and lube the brakes. Which they clearly didn't bc vehicle had the same noise and then never mentioned the brake wear sensors were cut off and bypassed. I would not trust with service of my car.

Great Experience. I recently purchased a used Infinity Q50 sight unseen all the way from Charlotte NC. Simon Bryniarski went above and beyond to help me. I asked him for a close-up walk-around video of the car and he sent it to me in minutes. we had a couple of hiccups but they made things right. I HIGHLY recommend you work with Simon. Thank you to the entire team at Land Rover/Jaguar at Schaumburg.
