I'm terrible with names but the young man at the service desk was awesome this morning. Also, a lady Cathy by the checkout was very helpful. I can honestly say that there is a difference in your staff from night and Day. The girls at the service desk at night or crabby and they don't belong working with people. They have bad attitudes. If they're that measurable they should find a job that they like if they can

I walked into Jewel at 7:15 and left at 7:55. I had a total of 5 items. It was extremely busy and there was only one cashier and she was stuck with a customer, so I went to the self checkout and it suddenly froze and had to get help. ROBERT came to help but had to shut it down. At the same time 5 other people needed assistance and he kept a smile and was helping one at a time and all you hear is a blonde lady yelling Robert Robert Robert the cashier needs you go help her. He really couldn’t because he was busy with everyone else. She was so rude and annoying. The only reason I gave five stars is for Robert. Otherwise it’s a one star. Robert was patient and kept his cool and was polite. I feel sorry for him having that lady yell at him like he wasn’t doing anything. Then on my way out I said thank you to Robert and she turned around and said you’re welcome like she was the one helping.

Check out Aldi's the food is always fresh the experience is always good the jewel in Hoffman Estates seems to be backsliding. I shop thier 35 years now I go to Costco and aldi. Your u app stop me from going and poor check out . Not same place I use to enjoy

Crabby workers. Overpriced. Sales prices come up full price cashiers are cocky and didn't put all my products in the bag.this store was great years ago. Now i will be going elsewhere. Tonys aldi valli we be my new stores.

terrible service had to put away the items i didn’t want by MYSELF, after i pointed the mold growing in the bag of potatoes
when i was shopping found that the ginger had mold and the stack of blueberries they have also had in handful of the containers, i picked up almost a dozen.
only stopped by this location because i work next to it, wont be stopping here again and will be reporting to the health department, on call with them now.

I recently purchased a package of blackberries from Jewel-Osco, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The blackberries were rotten and covered in mold (see attached photo). This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the store’s quality control and food safety practices. I hope this issue is addressed promptly to prevent other customers from having a similar experience

This Jewel has been my 1st choice grocery store for 15 plus years. Recently visiting, I have come in and no one helps, the cashiers aren't helpful and the belts where you place your food to buy are absolutely filthy. I will not be shopping here again, except for the pharmacy.

Seriously? The older liquor manager should be FIRED ON THE SPOT! He straight up told me yesterday that he keeps his allocated bottles in the back for "PREFERRED" customers. And told me I need to spend money and be here often for him to recognize me. WHAT A JOKER! Why does Jewel Corporate allow for this nonsense and have people like him run the show??? Be fair and put up the bottles on the counter for everyone to have an equal chance and don't hide it for your friends and preferred customers.
