A fantastic experience! The Mgr. Brandon R. was awesome! He took care of everything, kept me updated on their progress, and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Fast service at a fair price.
Also, just in the time that I was there, Brandon: made all the kids in the waiting area laugh, bought a homeless woman a meal and gave her his coat, called the cartels and convinced them all to bring Reese‘s Pieces into the U.S. instead of drugs, and saved a stray puppy who had wandered into traffic, adopted it and named it “Jiffy”.

Jiffy Lube at 1 W Higgins Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL kept my car for 6+ weeks promising to fix some parts. Their top mechanics are either dishonest or incompetent or both. Very unprofessional. I had to tow my car to the dealer eventually.

Great customer service, as far as car service goes , I can’t say much. I brought in my GLE 2022 Mercedes Benz , just for inspection related isssues. But the guys worked here seem solid. No over repairs or over selling. Just straightforward and getting the job done.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube on Higgins and had an outstanding experience thanks to Brandon Ryan, the Assistant Manager. He provided terrific customer service and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I had several services done, including a coolant flush, oil change, wiper replacement, and two filter replacements.
Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing quick and reliable automotive services. Thank you, Brandon, for your exceptional service!
