I had my first employment drug screening test at this Labcorp Hoffman Estates location, and the experience was disappointing. As someone going through this process for the first time, I had a few questions about the procedure. While I understand that front desk staff may be busy, their role includes providing guidance with patience and professionalism. Instead, when I asked a simple question about my barcode, I was met with an abrupt and dismissive response: ‘Ma’am, sit down, I will call you when the room is empty.’
This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and clear communication are essential. Front desk staff set the tone for the patient experience and represent the company’s culture. If Labcorp values customer service, they should invest in better training for their employees to ensure they treat clients with courtesy and respect. Based on my experience, I will not be selecting this location again.

I’ve gone here twice for bloodwork for my wife’s insurance. Both times i had my bloodwork done by Ana, she created the most pain-free experience ever, and I’ve had bloodwork done by a good handful of lobotomist. I barely felt the needle and she kept me distracted during the draw. I normally get light-headed and nauseous. It’s a good 20 min drive for me but it’s worth it.

Despite the bad reviews on google, at my own risk I went without an appoyment and a order from a doctor and you know... they accepted me. Of course, I was there on a weekday in the morning, and the workload was minimal. All 3 ladies at the front desk were very polite,friendly, and professional (they also did the labwork). They told me how to pay without insurance, what and how best to do. I want to say about the state of the clinic clean and fresh. Completely satisfied. Very good experience. 👍

Simple check in process, quick lab tests, and friendly staff. I had the pleasure of talking with Candice on staff today during my tests and admittedly I needed someone to talk to— I just lost my beloved cat just two nights ago. She gave me a lot of comfort and really made my day.

Long waiting, no one to tell you what to do if you should wait or no because it goes by appointment made before so just waiting long time, just one person doing everything not explaining until to had to stop her to find out what to do. I don’t suggest this place

I came here yesterday to get a quick blood draw, as it was the only location that had an appointment available on a Saturday short notice. (I now order my own labs online, as my doc office pricing is insane even with insurance. This saved me over $350). It took me a minute to figure out which building it was, but parking was easy, check-in was fast (scan a QR code), and I was seen at my exact appointment time. The phlebotomist was nice and I didn't feel anything. I had my lab results this morning (Sunday) by 7:30am, so less than 24 hours later. I was expecting Monday at the earliest, so that was pleasantly surprising. The only thing that was a little odd was that there was an open/used alcohol wipe on the chair arm when I came in. She did throw it away (after she had already put on gloves). I'm super OCD about cleanliness, so that was slightly disturbing (I hope the tourniquet that was laid out for me when I came in was new). I've only gone to one other Labcorp before (in a Walgreens in Glenview) when I needed a pre-employment drug test and chickenpox immunity assay, but this one was was more efficient in terms of the appointment itself. I'll probably try another Labcorp closer to home next time, as I'll be scheduling labs with more notice (I decided to try this out on a whim) but I was already going to Ikea so this was convenient enough.

Showed up with an order for labs 45 minutes before they closed and was told I needed to leave because they closed soon. There was only one patient waiting in the lobby, I’ve had labs done many times by other locations and it only takes 10-15 minutes max. Lady was very rude.

The older woman didn't even talk to me, she just pointed me to the kiosk to give my information. I did this the last time. I went back to the window and she was gone. I was there several minutes when a young girl named Anna came up and helped me. I was there was a UTI and needed to give a sample. She apologized for the other lady leaving me. She was so kind. If I could give her a review it would be 5 stars.. I eas there Monday and I am still waiting for results, this is ridiculous. It Thursday and I am in pain.

Receptionist is so rude. She treat bad all the patients. Idk her name but someone please report her she is treating the patient in bad way. This makes a place look bad when it is not, is just the bad treatment of a worker. For reference she was working the afternoon before thanksgiving.

Went to this location for blood work for my wife’s insurance. I normally have a difficult reaction to blood work no matter how much I try to calm myself, but this place gave me the best experience in at least a year if not more. Anna helped me and was the nicest most considerate lobotomist I’ve ever met, I barely felt the needle, and she kept me distracted from the whole thing with small talk, something nobody else has ever done for me. Next time I need blood work done and insurance allows outside the drs office. Im going here

lack of staff guess results in rude attitudes of receptionist/phlebotomist,on 11/2/2023am shift , had to walk out never going there back.if staff are rude they need training first to talk ,never had problems with Elizabeth going there for 7 years ,no more .GOOD BYE LABCORP .HOFFMAN ESTATES SITE. Note that this is the site which has moved to 3200 W HIGGINS.

Hard to find, signage from outside building is non-existent. Would have been nice to know it is a suite inside of 3200, instead, I was looking at a physical therapy place at 3200.
