My SUV is only a couple years old and has spent a tremendous amount of time in the shop. It will be heading back for the third time for the same issue. Not sure this is the dealers fault but more likely overpriced junk cars with typical electrical issues made by Range Rover. Feel like I was taken by Range Rover. Not happy, will never buy again.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Land Rover Schaumburg, and I feel compelled to share my concerns with others considering their services.Firstly, the pricing practices at this dealership left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The lack of transparency and what seemed like intentional attempts to inflate costs left me questioning the integrity of the entire transaction.Furthermore, I was appalled by the racist behavior I encountered during my time there. Such discriminatory actions have no place in any business, let alone a reputable car dealership. It's disheartening to think that a company would allow such behavior within its walls.The attempt to sell me an extended warranty felt more like a pushy sales tactic than a genuine concern for my needs. I believe in making informed decisions, but the pressure to purchase additional services without proper explanation left me feeling manipulated.Lastly, the way the financing process was handled made it seem as though I should be grateful for their assistance. It's crucial for businesses to remember that clients are customers, not charity cases. The patronizing attitude only served to sour the entire experience.I hope that Land Rover Schaumburg takes this feedback seriously and considers implementing changes to ensure a more respectful and transparent customer experience in the future. As it stands, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone based on my regrettable encounter.

I've been shopping nationwide for a luxury EV, which has required contacting many salespeople at many dealerships. David Kaminski at Land Rover Schaumburg has been one of the best. He takes the time to address my concerns and questions, rather than just sending canned responses urging me to stop by in person for a test drive. I'm in NM and am not going to "stop by" without arranging flights, hotels, rental car, dogsitter, etc - so silly. Thank you for being awesome, David!

I absolutely love my salesperson Austin Kushibab. He gave me astounding service. I purchased a Mini Cooper out of state from their dealership. I felt very secure throughout my entire buying process there was no haggling and it was entirely stress free. Austin updated me consistently from starting the purchase of the vehicle to the money transfer and even after I purchased the vehicle. He was very supportive when I was dealing with an issue with my shipping service. I wish I could have met him in person as Austin is a wonderful salesman and helped every step of the way with my purchase. Thank you Land Rover Schaumburg for your attentiveness and exceptional customer care!

Just had an oil change and warranty work completed at Land Rover Schaumburg (2020 Discovery Sport). What a great experience! The courtesy car was clean and ready. My car had to have parts ordered, but the communication about the delay was excellent. My car was completed on time (after the parts arrived) and when I picked it up, the car was washed and interior cleaning performed. I'm back in business and could not be happier! Thank you Land Rover Schaumburg

Tried to sell me a car that wasn’t what it was. When I bought car once renegotiated deal because car was different.When arrives has check engine light on. Took it for diagnostics it’s a turbocharger issue. $15,000 to fix!!!!Terrible communication hasn’t called back about issue yet.Having my attorneys get involved now.Stay away from this dealership!Worst car buying experience ever and I am 48 and have bought a lot of cars.

Never ever buy a car. I purchased a car a year and half ago. The engine light was on they tried to fix it for 4 months. I got my car back on last January the engine light was on again 2 times. I had to go to the service (another) and paid about 2000$, but the light is on again after 1 months!!! Kidding me. I’m frustrated. I tried to trade in but the difference is almost 10000$. I have been suffering and stressed out a year and half.I will never ever recommend this place even for my enemy!!!

Completely taken advantage of. Here’s why. Had my Evoque in for a routine oil change, slight drift to the left and a sensor light that was on. The car has a premium extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect up to 300,000 miles. (no help there, but that’s another story.) The service tech looks over the vehicle and sent me a video saying everything looks good other than needing an oil change and front wheel alignment and a battery. Service manager sends me an invoice for over $6800 worth of service that HE says needs to be done on the vehicle. At this point, I should’ve just taken it to an independent, but most of us that own range rovers are prisoner to the dealerships for service for supposed peace of mind. At this point, I tell him to do JUST the battery, oil change, and alignment. Which should’ve only cost me $400-$600, wound up costing me over $1200.00. Everything about Zeigler Land Rover Hoffman Estates has been shady. The trust is gone. It’s astounding that when Motor Werks owned this location, I always felt like family and was always well taken care of, and never felt like I was taken advantage of for any service I received. Considering I’ve purchased two cars from them. You’d think I’d be treated better. I am willing to pay a fair price for fair service, but this has been an absolutely absurd experience. The owners and managers here need to take a really good look at themselves and treat their customers way better.

Paul Forsythe was very helpful in the purchasing of a Defender V8. I called him up on Wednesday, he sent over all the necessary paperwork that same day, and then he reserved the vehicle until I was able to come to the dealership on Friday to finish the purchase. Overall great experience working with him. Additionally, the rest of the staff at the dealership was friendly throughout the visit.

This rating is related to the Service Center specifically. I have been made to feel like I am invisible and an inconvenience each time. (EX1)A few months after having the Range, the screens were flashing intermittently and at times the center console wouldn’t work. I took a video of the issue and made an appointment to come in. Advisor who checked me in was awkward the entire time and seem uncomfortable to say the least. He refused to give me his work contact info so I could email him or text him the video. Instead he took a video with his phone of the video that was playing on my phone. My car was looked at, I was told there was nothing wrong with it and that something that happens when it’s cold out. (EX2)February came back for some scuffs on the rims after having to drive to Florida and back. I also asked for a multi-point inspection. When I arrived for check in, my advisor was rude and had poor customer service skills. At no point in our conversation did she ask for my name, so when it came time for her to get my attention (she only had on file my husband’s info), she proceeded to call me by my last name only. Two days later I am told by Cristian my car is ready to pick up and that they would be open until 6. I also received confirmation via text my vehicle was ready and referenced they closed at 6. I arrived at 5. The employees tried to put the blame on me because I arrived after they closed even though I wasn’t told they were closing early. Come to find out my vehicle was not ready and multi-point inspection was not performed. It took over 30 minutes for employees to scrambled to figure out where the keys to the other cars were to get access to mine. Cristian calls my husband the next day and apologies and says a detailed service was on him next time. (EX 3)Called to make an appointment two weeks ago to bring my car in for the dents and dings warranty and for a multi-point inspection, I was initially told that warranty didn’t exist. I had to pull out my paperwork and reference the info on our invoice to get an appointment. Again, asked for a multi-point inspection. When I brought the car in, Cristian checked me in and proceeded to tell me the dings on my car were not covered by the warranty. He also said they had me down for an oil change but that was incorrect. A low coolant warning light had come on, so I informed him of that and asked if we could still proceed with the inspection. He said absolutely and that I wouldn’t need a car because it would only be around 20-30 minutes. I waited in the lobby and worked while they had the vehicle in the back. Some time passed and Cristian comes back saying they topped off the fluids and everything looked great. The following day, I get a call from the Service Center telling me I had missed my appointment. Cristian called me a few minutes later to clarify the confusion. The appointment was under my husbands name, but I was the one that came in. I asked for a copy of the multi-point inspection report and that’s when he proceeded to tell me that one was not completed and not necessary on my vehicle since he didn’t do anything to it. He proceeded to give me incorrect information regarding the multi-point inspection. He also stated they did not keep records of all the visits and that records were not needed to be kept every time a vehicle came in for service for it to be certified pre-owned. I don’t know if he truly believes that and that is what is done at this service center or if he thought that because I am a female I don’t know better. I noticed the lowest and latest reviews for this place are from females and from diverse/ethnic people. Owners of Zeigler, consider training all personnel on DEI specifically around unconscious biases. It seems like you are in GREAT need. I called and asked to have the manager of the service center give me a call because I had some feedback I wanted to share. It’s been 24 hrs and no one has called. At this point, I am willing to give up the thousands of dollars of extra warranties and only go to KNAUZ. Generic response from GM is a joke.

The team at Land Rover Schaumburg are true professionals and their customer service is excellent. John Nelson, the general manager is simply the best in the business! He personally made sure my purchase went smoothly from start to finish. I have purchased all my vehicles from him and he is the only person in the car business I truly trust. Plus the showroom is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

Chris in service makes you feel right at home! Straightforward and honest, very easy to work with. Given I can easily service with my department here at work, I thought I would give Hoffman a shot, Did not disappoint! Customer Service is everything, especially for us guys in the industry, highly recommend!

I purcahsed a car from this location with LoJack app option. Called 5-6 times to them within last couple month to get help to activate this app since it would not work without my dealership activating it. They only transfer me to different people working there then promise either send instructions or someone follow up with me and nothing happening. Some emploees even didnt know what I was talking about. I believe a guy Tom from service said that device they installed in my car might not work properly and of course after this convo noone never followed up. Please do not purchase this app sales people push you to buy when you purchase a car fro them. I gave up on this app and calling them.
