I went in to pick up an online order and was greeted right away by Jodi. She was very friendly and helpful. She told me since I was picking up in the store I was eligible for a discount on 1 item in the store that day. I let her know that I wanted to try on the capris before I took them home. It's been forever since I have purchased anything from Lane Bryant and I have lost some weight so I was not sure of my size. As we were walking to the dressing room I meet Madi. She was there with my order and let me know she will be around if I need anything. Well, I tried on the capris and loved them, but they looked too big. I ordered a 26. Not realizing I had lost so much weight. I asked the Madi and Jodi their opinion on how they looked and both agreed they were too big. Tried on 2 other sizes and ended up in an 18/20 (WOOHOO!) I was so excited. Madi helped me with returning the original order and was able to get the right size. Just want to say THANK YOU Jodi and Madi for the positive, friendly atmosphere you provided. I left the store feeling good about myself and of course a super cute t-shirt I got on sale just for pick up my order in store. I will for sure be coming back.

Shopped today and the ladies said they had completed 77 online orders this was my first time shopping here and no one even approached me to help me etc still bought 2 items at this location but felt dismissed and not helped at all - lady at the register was more inclined to talk about her subleasing her house as well as no management in locations will look for another location to shop where hopefully they can make my experience better - trabsaction fate 4/21/25 register 001 time 5:02 trans :6556 store 06704 TILL:00101

I went to Lane Bryant today to find a new bra. Emma assisted me in finding one that fit and meets my needs. She was patient and very helpful. I have had some health problems lately that have caused me to unexpectedly gain weight, and that has made getting new bras a very frustrating experience. Today I finally felt some relief, and I would highly recommend this location.Thanks, Emma!!

Really enjoyed shopping here!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I called ahead because I don't know the area, was visiting family, had to use GPS and was driving at night. An associate (wish I remembered her name, she was lovely) placed items aside for me to try on before I arrived. Once there she assisted me and I was able to purchase everything I needed. This location as in a great strip mall, lots of good shopping!

Lane Bryant needs new buyers. Their clothes are overpriced, cheaply made, and looks like something a clown would wear in a circus. I have no idea who their customer is, except plus-sized...one size fits all in terms of style.
