This was my first experience at Marshall’s. I made the mistake relying on the online booking and was still accommodated although my time slot was not confirmed. I highly recommend calling instead of the online booking. They were super professional and very kind with the misunderstanding. I can’t express how grateful I was for the pampering since I haven’t been to a nail salon in years being a busy working mom. I got no chip both hands and feet and it looked fantastic. Thank you again Marshalls!

I am a newer customer at Marshall's nails, yesterday was my 3rd time coming in. I returned because so far I liked the look and quality of my nails. Unfortunately, I will not be returning after having three different nail techs, one being a manager (Mason), I have consistently felt unwelcome and ignored. It seems as if regular, known customers are the only ones who are greeted in a friendly way and talked to while being given a service. Today, upon arrival I was greeted by a manager, and then the receptionist came up and assisted. After telling her that I had an appointment, and signing in, she asked me to sit and wait until a pedicure chair was open. This took about 8 mins. Then she sat me, where I waited to be greeted and gotten started on for a few more mins in pedi chair.
I was worked on by two techs, one on my hands and another for feet. The woman who did my pedi was older and nice. She greeted me when she walked up and asked how I was doing. However, the tech that I had doing my nails walked up to me, without a greeting, and asked me in almost a whisper about what service I was looking to get. Throughout the appointment, the young girl, (Kristy) asked me questions about what I wanted, and continued to correct me on things. She seemed to be confused or possibly newer. She would repeat the same things. When it came time to polish and clean up my nails, she began to move more quickly as if she were rushing. Marshalls is
convenient being that it is close to my home, unfortunately I will not return there due to poor customer service.

I went in to get my pedicure done and everything was ok until the nails. The toenails were not trimmed and filed properly. Both feet had different lengths. The nail polish chipped off the next day and the rest of the nails started to chip away too. I would not come back here. If I am getting my pedicure and toes painted I would want it to last at least a week or so. I have never had this problem with any other salon I have been too. Even the polish I put on at home lasts longer than the one from the salon.

This last set of nails I had done turned out awful. My tech gripped my hand do hard that she left bruises. Kept asking me to relax and pulling my arms when I literally couldn't have done more so. The nail lengths are not even, the sides are very sharp.
It's been just over a week and one nail has broken, two others chipped. I've had nails for years, they've never done this.

I won’t be returning. I got a pedicure and the tech (she was young) rushed and HURT my big toe with a pointy object. I had to tell her to stop. Then a guy did my acrylic full set. He also hurt me while buffing. My nails are pointy & sharp on the side, so I’m going to have to file them down. My shape is also bad. First and last time coming. I wasted $90 the pinky especially looks bad!! And I gave $15 tip. Never again

Always AWESOME service, like today I somehow forgot my time of appointment. I was an hr early and they fit me right in with my favorite girl Jade(everyone is awesome though).

Owner was incredibly rude 1st chair I for one couldn’t get the design I wanted, and a problem for me to ask why.. I asked for someone with experience because I know I can be picky. Nop he gave someone who was obviously a beginner, shape of my nails came out good, polish chipping after 3 days. And to top it off they over charged me. I got a fill w/ 2 colors and barely a design if that what you call it. 80$. My daughter went to another salon paid 80$ w/ full set and designs on every nail. Plus I saw at least 3 ppl, pay same as me w/ designs. It seem to be racial bias and/or very poor customer service

It's such a quaint & quiet place to have a Mani/Pedi done. Very clean and welcoming. The techs were all very professional & personable. I liked it ~ Kudo's And reasonable price as well

Did not speak or understand English!!! I said file my nails square please and she filed my nails pointy while I was watching T.V. Acted like she understood.
Receptionist didn’t really talk or understand English also.
My nails had to be filed down even shorter then I wanted and they were not smooth, they were snagging my cloths and scratching my skin.

Everyone there are super nice and welcoming. They’re really good with any nail idea you present to the techs. They get it perfectly right.
