Marson is AMAZING! We can't imagine going through this process with anyone else. He has been so helpful and knowledgeable through our home buying experience. Quick to respond to texts, even when we catch him out grocery shopping, he never let us feel like we were a bother or had a dumb question even when I'm sure we did! I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. In fact, I've already passed his information along to some of my family!

My boyfriend and I worked with Marson for over a year to get ready to purchase a home. We knew absolutely nothing about how to buy a home and for a year he coached us threw financial advice and goals to set for ourselves. He educated us on absolutely everything from the market, our finances, decision making, etc. but one of the great things about Marson is when working with him, we had 100% trust in all he could do for us. I cannot begin to express how great my experience was with Success Mortgage. Marson was hands on from start to finish. I was so stressed out for absolutely no reason. Marson explained in detail from the very beginning how the process would go. He was very upfront with me from the first day we spoke. I have heard so many bad stories from people who had a bad experience with other Mortgage companies and that was definitely not the case for me with Success Mortgage. Marson and his team stayed on top of everything from start to finish. Everyone responded quickly to emails as well as phone calls. I was able to close on my house in thirty days without any problems. I am grateful for the experience I had with Marson Maynor at Success Mortgage.

Marson is the best in the business! He handled my home-buying process with a level of care that is unmatched. He was always available and responsive for everything I needed. He keeps glass half full mentality and will find a way to solve any unexpected hiccup that comes along in the process. This market was unprecedented!
